An all blueberry grow

The pistils are just going nuts! they keep growing faster and faster!
I've also noticed some trichomes starting to form and poke up.

My buddy brought over a little Venus fly trap today. I was wondering if it could eat little bugs like fungus gnats and stuff.
they seem like they aren't fast enough but who knows.

Great, thank you very much, i've never seen white burns like that before, is there anything that you did to that plant that was different from your unburned plants?

Nope I have been Ph balancing the water and doing exact measurements when feeding and watering.
I think it may be a dry pocket or something, but thats only a guess.

Now that you mention it, that sounds plausible...

Anyways, As long as it's only 1 case of this white-burn, I wouldnt worry about it too much...

Bad news guys.
I had to kill the plants a while ago, due to a home inspection (the grow room is completley gone)
BUT I still have blueberry seeds.
So all is not lost in this thread.
I'm just reporting so you all know what happened.
it'll be about four weeks to get signs of females but I'll wait.

Damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. that sucks.... =/ well.. fuck it.. what can ya do. no sense in moping aroud.. at least u got sum seeds left.. i've been dying to grow sum blueberry!!! i cant wait to eventually get some.. well. that sucks abot the home inspection.. i know how ya feel tho man.. my last house.. we were movin.. and my landlord kept bringin ppl in to show them the house.. adn so i would have to take down my whole setup.. and put my 2 plants in big trashbags and stick them in big boxes adn make it look like it was just movin boxes.. lol. i didnt want him to know iw as growin.. then.. come to find out.. wen we were moving out.. he helped us move out.. and he was high as shit.. adn we ended up smokin together... lol. i was like fuck.. he probly wouldnt have cared if i was growing!!

Alright so I'm back at it again with one seedling thats growing out to be a mother. it's still blueberry at this point, but I'm looking around for another strain soon.
I've got her in a rockwool cube on top of a chunk of rockwool slab.
I'm keeping the feeding down a bit because she's showing no signs of deficiencies.
maybe six or seven pistils by now..
I should have the growroom back up this weekend and maybe some clones next week.
just have to invest some money in pro-mix, rooting plugs, cloning gel, some lime, DE, and maybe a new light.
then I'll be doing the same size plants as last time, maybe one or two more, and that'll get this journal fired up again!

heres some pics to let you know how she's coming along.

Now the plant is mostly made up of branches, so I'll be getting the dirt and stuff for cloning today.
it's getting a little hard to wait for because I know how much bud I should be growing right now. but I'm also working full time so the weekends are when I can tend to them.
making the grow a little slower.

So I'm cloning this morning.
I figure when the lights come on I'll start chopping and take the hours to twenty four.
I've got some rapid rooter plugs, a sterilized scalpel and some random rooting gel.
I've never done a journal on how I clone so I'll be taking pics and writing down a step by step.
I don't want to take the skinniest branches yet, just the lowest sets and the second.
the pics should start coming up in a few hours.

Is there anyone who knows the best time to clone?
I mean under an 18 hour schedule when would be the very best time to cut, first few minutes?, few hours, or at the end of the 18 hr "day"
I was just thinking to myself what kind of reaction the mother would have, and when she's providing the largest amount of hormones.

So I have ten clones cut and rooted, the rooms back up and operational, and I have huge buckets for big buds this time.

Glad to see you're sticking with it. Should have my Sagarmatha blueberry seeds up and running for my 600w DWC indoor grow any day now. I'll be sure to post a journal. I had to scrap my outdoor grow mid-season.

yep, just letting them veg out right now, they have quite a bit of vigor!
the leaves are getting really big and green, I have a cool white mh on them because they were really small when I moved them in.
I ran out of Pro-mix while up-bucketing them to the monster buckets, so three of them are smaller than usual.
going to start feeding them on the next watering. AN grow,micro,bloom,big bud.

here's how they're doing today.

Just fed them their first shot of food, and they're starting to get really thick stems.

thanks man, it's been a little rough, but such things are never easier for long.
Sagarmatha? sounds neat I've never heard of that strain before, I'll definitely follow that journal once you've got it going.
