sorry to bother with such a newb question...dispensaries here in Kalamazoo either require a hard card like in oshtemo, but others require the green card/cashed check photo. and the doctor papers to cover their asses...im wondering..i have CHASE checking, how would i go about getting a picture of the cashed check? this is a MUST for all mich residents since as of now, they are still processing forms from early february.

this is a great burden on me trying to figure this out...how did yall do it? help please...and thanks in advance...and GREAT thread. any one live in or near Kzoo?

I am waiting on my hard card, and went to four dispensaries in Allen Park the other day. Two were AWESOME, so friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions that I had even though I wasn't making any purchases that day, I was just checking it out to see what was up. Another one was totally shady, the dude was SO rude and since I had the "electronic" return receipt instead of the hard green copy that they mail back to you he would not let me in to even talk to the budtenders. If it good enough for the postal service, who says that the electronic return receipt is exactly the same as the green hard one, then why be such a douche? Needless to say, I will never be going back there again.

I don't know, Id say you should of sent a money order so your probably going to have to wait it out, Id check with your bank for sure though, if you use online banking you should be able to just print a copy. If you look around at more dispensaries I am sure you will find one that will help you regardless, or just start asking people that look like they smoke, you'd be surprised, go to compassion clubs, disperansies, and grow shop and explain your situation the best you can, some grow shops are dual on-the-down-low dispensaries, there aren't a whole lot of people that don't smoke weed and also sell Advanced Nutrients Big Bud bottles that come with free bongs. (If you know what I mean *wink*)

although i doubt they really care about the circumstances. I have a feeling there are not going to be any states that will take me

Is it fairly easy to find patients willing to list you as their provider, or is it quite difficult, or somewhere in between?

Thinking of moving to MI with my business partner who definitely qualifies as a patient, and having him list me as his provider. From there I'm going to work on getting my own patient card, but in order for us to make this work we're going to need at least a couple more patients, if not 5.

I here people advertise all over online. I live in the Upper Peninsula and we are about 15-20 years behind the rest of the country. We have electricity and quite a few paved roads, that's about it. I could sign twenty people withing the next week if I wanted (and if it was legal). Things are engineered up here with duct tape and empty 30-pack boxes, bad weed isn't too hard to acquire. Michigan is pretty much broken down as Detroit, the UP, and the rest of the state, and these are like three different countries. lol.

Hello all, I have a question on the paperwork.
If I am the patient and will be my own caregiver do I need to fill out the "Caregiver Attestation" sheet as well??
I ask this because I see on the main "Application form for registry identification card" in section B "primary caregiver" (if applicable)
And then down in section C "Person Allowed to posses patients marihuana plants" (required)
I guess I am a little confused if I need to fill out the "Caregiver Attestation" sheet for myself being caregiver and patient??

Many thanks!!

I have a question about handling my taxes. I ran a Audio/Video company for over seven years and had my accountant take care of them every year. Two years i started growing for my mother who has leukemia. She is now in remission Happy days! I have a full card and making more money then ever. I shut down the audio company over a year ago. My question is how are people handling there taxes. I don't think we are aloud to make a profit. My accountant said to just do a schedule C form. What do think?

The question I have been looking for. I hope many of us are in your position next year. It would be nice to pay our share of taxes and stay legal. Well actually for profit, maybe the following tax season. lol, but very interested.
