Except you're wrong.
no, i'm not.

the person who is denying service to someone based on their skin color is being aggressive and hostile and offensive.

do you consider denying service to someone based on their skin color to be a defensive act?

are you so scared of melanin that you feel you have to defend yourself from it?

words have meanings you white supremacist sack of shit.

Except the weed hasn't been freed.

The "legalized states" are akin to slaves having a travel pass from master. The plant limits, possession limits and other attendant rules etc. have ensured you aren't exercising a right, but instead you've been granted a revocable privilege from master...like a slave.
do you cry when you write down your social security number and your children's social security numbers, slave?

easy answer. the guy who wants to deny service to someone because of their skin color is the one being aggressive and offensive.

the guy who is being denied service simply because of his skin color is the one who is on the defensive, trying to defend himself for being born with a certain skin color.

now tell us all about how you hate "forced integration", same as the white supremacists over at the "white genocide" project.

How does a person become "an aggressor" by trying to avoid a human interaction and by remaining on their own property ?

Offensive force is used when a person INSISTS on creating a human interaction with an otherwise reluctant person, Rapey McPoopy Pants.

Defensive force is used to repel an unwanted interaction when another person is attempting to force the interaction. and you haven't used offensive force against them.

I consider going to another persons property and insisting that person interact with me, even if they prefer not to, and threatening force on them if they don't, to be an offensive act.

Your problem is you believe in what you've been told and have little ability to reason consistently, plus you have poor respect for other peoples property as evidenced by your shitting on a bathroom floor that belonged to someone else.

No, I'm not scared of melanin, I think any person of any race should control their own property, don't you?

If a black person refused you entry on his property due to your race, would you force your way onto his property and shit on his floor? Or would you accept that a black person has the right to control his own property and chose his own human interactions on a mutual basis?

by denying service to someone based on their skin color that they are offering to everyone else with a different skin color. that is the definition of aggressive and offensive force in the name of racism.

nah, you're just a racial segregationist.

i consider denying service to someone based on their skin color to be an offensive aggressive and racist act.

don't you?

or do you not know what words mean?

It sure could be a racist act, you are half right, half wit.

However an aggressive act isn't usually one where you try to avoid an interaction, is it?

An aggressive act, involves using force to CREATE an interaction. If a person remains on their property and acts as if they own it, how is that creating an interaction?

Pretty much the definition of racism, yep.
rob roy feels that a store owner denying service to someone based on their skin color is simply defending themselves. consider that.

a black man walks into the store, offers money to the store owner for their goods and services, and is somehow akin to a rapist for doing so in his deranged, fanatical, extremist, racist mind.

most people would say that when a black man walks into a store and offers money in exchange for goods and services being sold there, that the racist store owner who is denying service is acting in an aggressive offensive and racist manner.

but not rob roy. rob roy feels like that store owner is being raped and enslaved and must now defend himself from the scary black customer.

Who OWNS the property is the question you are avoiding.

A racist can own property, no? How does the racist violate another person if they REMAIN on their own property ?

i'm not familiar with any location anywhere that this hypothetical exists.

perhaps you can give us a real world example of where this is happening.

has someone been forced to open up a store that serves the public? if so, name the store and where it is.

until you can actually do this, go ahead and shitcan your non-existent hypothetical and get back to telling us how it might not be racist to deny service to someone based on their skin color.

My reaction to the racist store owner is to take my business elsewhere.

Yours is to insist he interact with you, which is what a rapist does to people that refuse their advances. They force them to interact with them. like you would.

now you are switching from the words "offensive/defensive" to "violate". changing goalposts already, eh shithead?

a racist remaining on their own property and refusing service to someone based on their skin color is acting in an aggressive, offensive, and racist fashion.

to try to say that the racist aggressive and offensive person is simply defending themselves somehow is to violate the meanings of words you racist POS.

This ubiquitous "officer safety" above all axiom has destroyed civil service. This precedence has abridged "peace officer" in to militarized police. a law enforcement officer on the street has more power then any judge. twisting probable cause, with no supervision and only internal regulation to observe themselves.

its sounds like bad science fiction. buts its real. Police throw obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer in just about any instance they are challenged. the power is so skewed That anything other then complete, oppression, compliance is required in any encounter with an officer.

there is one thing cops are scared of: guns. as a joke in the desert one year, we were camping with friends one marine and one LEO, anyways someone popped one off and the marine didn't even stop telling his story, the cop how ever ran to his truck grabbed his gun and flash light ran tactical on the camp perimeter.

a grunt in war understands more orders and follows them, a police officer need only be scared, and its a bit of a contradiction when you say our bravest men and women: when they shoot our of fear so much.

ok tin foil hat off.
