Are my girls dead?

That is what was suggested to me by the nature living soil company. I’m a first time grower, don’t hate just learning. Can you explain why it was or wasn’t a good move or what you think I’m doing wrong
I think and I would trust Herb & Suds whom is much more experienced than I indoors by a long shot that what he is getting at is...In the future watch your watering habits a little more. Try experimenting by lifting the pots to know when they need water.
The problem with H202 is that it is nuclear. It may have killed also fungus gnat larvae in your soil or other pests but it also destroyed all beneficial life in your soil.
I think a lot of times if many people had a plant that rough, rather than take the time to try and save it and get it through being so stunted they would just start again with another.
If you do wish to continue saving it, continue good watering practices and maybe try to recharge your microbes with an EWC/Compost tea or something. (just search the forums for compost tea or ewc tea)

It kills all microbes in the soil
I grow organic and wouldn't touch the stuff

But if you think it saved your plants and not better watering practices , feel free to post up pics and detail what it did for you ?
Yes he explained that as well, which is why I am brewing a boogie brew to get the microbes back as well as putting some earth dust boost on top of the soil.
I was watering half a gallon every 2 days but some plants looked under watered so I gave it 1 heavy watering (not sure exactly how much was using hose) but using fabric pots so didn’t think it was an issue. The plants started dropping after the heavy watering. Will go back to half a gallon every day or other day.
Will post pictures later tonight

Sorry for the delay but as promised here are pics. The two on the right are the ones that were dying in original pic. Bounced back a lot almost looks like there was never a issue 7AB5A058-11A0-43BB-84FB-1865EDC30369.jpeg
