Hehe I built myself a mash tun the other day and got a huge 30l pot for boiling that wort, waiting on malt and hops to arrive monday then im most likely start by brewing a pale ale with some saaz hops for bittering, centennial for flavour and some cascade for aroma.
If it goes well ill attempt a pilsner lager since its pretty cold and yeast has to ferment at much lower temps.
Its pretty exciting tbh, plus comes out to like 10 to 15 euro for a 20l batch of beer or so, and from what i read online nothing like homebrew... laos planning to grow hops in spring!!
