Bernie Sanders owns Donald Trump using Trump's own words against him

The Kibibi that I know owns her own hair saloon with a degree in marketing. She is doing pretty damn well for herself. Only weak minded folks like yourself see a problem with her name. You support some straight white supremacy bullshit. I can guarantee my kids name will only support them in life. Their names have meaning. I have only heard how beautiful their names are. Has your name create wealth for you ? Has your name made you a better parent ? Has your name made your marriage a success. NO No NO.
Placing ads on Craiglist with your name don't count. Escort names are not real
In white mans world, my name was a curse more so when I was a child, than now.

I told you my point of view as seen through the eyes of a white child with an uncommon name and how it affected me.

Now make that child black.

I hired a girl a few months ago named Lonsharay (pronounced "lingerie"). She's turned out to be an excellent employee so far. She made mention during her interview that we were the only company to call her back of the dozen resumes that she sent out. She's educated, very qualified, and has a great work ethic, but even she admits that her name has been an obstacle in employment.

I've long since learned not to judge someone based on their name alone, but I think I'm an exception to the rule. What I wonder though is this... are employers who won't consider someone with a "black sounding" name not interviewing someone because the name is odd, or are they not interviewing that person because they are assuming that they are black? If they are assuming the latter, then the name wouldn't matter. As soon as they meet the person and see that they are black, they won't hire them anyway, right?

For the record, some of my shittiest employees have had common names. I've found no correlation between a persons name and their job performance. I find age to be a bigger factor. Most younger employees I've hired have been a pain in the ball sack.

Can someone please explain what 5 pages of talking about people's names has to do with the thread topic?!

Bernie Sanders won every intellectual debate during and now after the election- so why isn't he running the country instead of the Chump?

I think it's a very fair question.

So that was your strategy? Hate?..it's easy to see why you post what you do.

Additionally, you called yourself weak not me.

Agreed.

Ask the members who bring this up and won't let it go.

..'But even she admits that her name has been an obstacle in her employment.'

Now what do our black members have to say? This is when everyone puts their devices down and have something else to do..in other words crickets..additionally, I'm female, outspoken and successful aka a bitch..if I were a man, I'd be labeled as a go-getter.

It has nothing to do with job performance.

You know the membership won't have anything negative to say to you about the above..posted an hour ago and 2 likes. Ever consider why that is? I have and I know the answer: misogyny.

Your points are valid, but let's get back to the topic?
