I went on a staycation outside of Boulder for thanksgiving so I was away from my plants for a while. When I came back I was pleasantly surprised to see my plant had taken off a bit.

The buds are starting to come in nicely. I can already see the bounty of frosty bugs that awaits me.

I've got some growth out of my photo period but I think I'm killing my autos in rockwool. They arent growing and they look kind of sickly.

I just got my veg/autoflower tent. Once I get some decent sprouts going I'll probably just make it an autoflower tent.

I've planted some more autoflower seeds. I've been feeding my first sprouts 5.2 pH grow solution so growth has been stunted, if I haven't outright killed them.

I balanced some distilled water to pH 5.5 and soaked 2 rockwood cubes for about a half an hour. After that I mixed 1 mL of micro, grow, and bloom by advanced nutrients into a gallon of distilled water with a pH of 5.7.

Not much happening with the flowering plant. I'm about 3-4 weeks into flower now. I'll probably water with declorinated water tomorrow.

I have noticed how the flower from one node is becoming one with the next node up. That's pretty cool.

These guys have all been trouble, like the whole tent. I have 2 photoperiod golden strawberries going in soil. Ive got one expert gorilla auto that I'm not sure is alive or dead, growing out of rockwool. Then I'm trying to pop some northern lights auto in the cubes that went growing yet. In the stash jar there is a northern lights and expert gorilla autos that I'm popping behind all the others.

I really just need 2 viable plants to transfer to hydroponics but I keep killing them. I suppose not all is lost because I still have my soil grow. I like to keep a couple plants in soil for insurance. I can grow the hell out of a soil plant. Lol.

So I'll keep trying with the seeds I guess until I get it right.

Also recently I've taken my lighting from 20/4 to 18/6 and raised the light in my propagation tent.

I finally got out my hydroponics kit. I threw some auto flower sprouts into some super dilute 3 part fertilizer. I'll see if they do anything.

Also my girlfriend noticed a seed sprouting out of a pot I figured was dead. So, go Mia!

I've done a bit of gardening over the past two days. I planted another seedling that I had in the germinator. Watering the larger plant is a pain in the ass that I have to do daily now. Everything is coming along swimmingly.

I noticed some leaves showing signs of serious nutrient deficiency or lockout. The buds are developing and all the leaves were from way down on the base of the plant, so I figure it's just old fan leaves dying off.

My plants are beginning to develop a bit of frost now too.

Lastly I was considering scrogging again but research suggested it might be too late. Not to be deterred I grabbed some garden twine and tied down select branches. This should expose the plant to more light further down the stem and also give a bit more ventilation. More to come of course.

I've been meaning to show the little guys.

The hydro grow is autoflower expert gorilla, and the potted plants are photoperiod golden strawberry.

The larger photoperiod plants have been topped once and they responded well to that.

Today's update shows a little growth from everyone but little substantial chance. I can see the buds on my flowering plant looking like they want to start swelling.

The flowering plant is showing signs of nutrient deficiency but it might just be going into that part of its life cycle. I feed it just water for the next couple days though. Maybe that'll help.

I've burned my plants damn it. I've been feeding morbloom, and 3/4 strength Dr. Earth tomatoe feed. I'm going to just water for a bit. I hope I haven't stunted her growth.

Also I've pulled off a lot of dead leaves.

Another day another update. I'm noticing what appears to be a magnesium deficiency with the flowering plant. I'm watering with tap water. Hopefully that helps. She's probably just entering her last stages.

Also I pulled a soil plant that wasn't performing.

I was able to take some quality close ups of the maturing lady of a certain age. From what I'm seeing she's not ready yet but I really need a jeweler's loop.

The new soil grow is transplanted into their final home, and it's going to be tough to control their growth. I'm going to have to LST them as well to control their height for a couple more weeks. I suppose I can either crop out or buy a new tent. Which ever comes first. I'm equipment rich and cash poor I suppose. Lol

Lastly, the hydroponics autoflowers are coming along swimmingly. I am concerned though with how slow they've been growing. Oh well, if they end up sucking I'll plant more. It's been challenging controlling the temps here in Denver. It was way easier growing in Spain in the winter.
