Friends,
I must say, never in my wildest imagination would I ever have imagined the fierce and vitriolic intensity of what certain well known as one member stated "shit disturbers" could conjure up to derail a thread. The derogatory comments are stunning. Is this a healthy forum, perhaps, perhaps not. I certainly see the BULLYING aspect looming large. I also see DELUSIONAL thinking well beyond what anyone could imagine. At the end of this post, I will paste in the definition again for late joiners of this explosive conversation the definition of Delusional thinking. Further, I thank the many
rational minds for having the courage of your convictions, to speak TRUTH, to lies. GOD Bless you. Lastly for those that were mean, irrational derogatory name callers and bullies, who ran out of strawman arguments, I wish you the best in life. May your family and friends never have to go through the trauma, of having a loaded gun held to your head as I have by the RCMP, being hand cuffed, losing everything, spending vast sums on a lawyer, to defend your non defendable so called right to grow anywhere with an MMAR license. Oh, I am not leaving, at all, but this thread has become so redundant that is now, no more a clear discussion but just plain and simple attacks and name calling and bullying. Please feel free to rant to your hearts content, but I will NOT devote anymore energy to this thread. Now here is that definition I promised, but first 2 facts again,
https://www.canada.ca/en/health-can...ly-asked-questions-medical-use-marihuana.html
Can Personal-Use Production Licence (PUPL) and Designated-Person Production Licence (DPPL) holders continue to grow plants?
If your licence falls under the Federal Court Order, you may be able to continue to grow marijuana plants. The Federal Court Order applies to PUPLs and DPPLs that were valid on or after September 30, 2013, and were connected to a related ATP that was valid on, or after, March 21, 2014. PUPLs and DPPLs that fall under the
Court Order will remain in place with the same terms and conditions as identified on their licence. Note that address, number of plants, storage amounts, etc. cannot be changed. Additionally, note that the 150 gram possession cap now applies.
Health Canada does not provide legal advice as to the validity of licences or authorizations under the MMAR. Individuals wishing to determine whether they fall under the Federal Court Order should seek independent legal advice.

I would say the above qualifies as did Conroy's bulletin as "
superior evidence to the contrary". see below.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delusion
A delusion is a belief that is held with strong conviction despite "superior evidence to the contrary". As a pathology, it is distinct from a belief based on false or incomplete information, confabulation, dogma, illusion, or other effects of perception.
Delusions typically occur in the context of neurological or psychiatric disease, although they are not tied to any particular disorder and have been found to occur in the context of many pathological states (both physical and mental). However, they are of particular diagnostic importance in psychotic disorders including schizophrenia, paraphrenia, manic episodes of bipolar disorder, and psychotic depression.
