Agreed. I am so glad the NDP got so many seats in May, but man, why did people choose this majority? I sure as hell voted NDP...

From what I understand all you need to do is print and fill out these forms http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/how-comment/applicant-demandeur/index-eng.php get them signed by a physician who is on board and hand them in to health Canada.. Voila! you then wait and wait and wait? and you can now buy/currently still grow some medicine.

I am not aware of any group or Insurance plan that will cover the cost. In Canada anything related to growing is not even tax deductible.

Here's a question for anyone! If an individual was on Disability and was approved for "Dried Marihuana Possession" lol.. Due to a medical condition, would they be covered for there medicine? Assuming other approaches were previously noneffective?
i am on disability, i asked, they pretty much told me tough shit.

Well as they take IP6 out of your food like grain, cereal and such. They do not want you to have anything that will fight cancers. Pretty soon Tomatoes will be called poison again. Ontario court appealed this on april 14th. They had 90 days to change the current medical marijuanna in that time or weed would be legal in ontario. It has been 90 days and they haven't said anything, therefor isn't weed legal now in ontario? If we have to follow code, the canadian goverment has to as well. I know were under the crown but what's the deal? They do realize hundreds of thousands of canadians grow right? Every grow bust, another two growers are born. They can't win with the US going through an uproar on californias media currently. Now its like watching dominos...

this isn't canada-
it's pharma. the US is organizing for this same movement. we can have ganj for medicine, as long as they control it. no insurance will cover it, cash sales only.
i'm sure with record profits, they threw money at figuring it out. we'll call it a plot.
once the joints are in the pharmacy, gettin caught with a stray will be as illegal as it ever was.
sativex is close. think they're gonna try and replace opiates with canna meds? cheapest get rich quick hustle EVER.

i blame the states - there must be something really powerful going on behind the scene for so many things to be currently going down. the thing is, however, that there is simply too much momentum currently behind cannabis for our government to really do much about it. i am sure there are some hard times in the future, but the DEA is a day late and a dollar short in the whole scheme of things. smoking cannabis is not addictive, but growing it sure is!! good luck stopping all of america at this point in the game, much less canada. who do they think they are fooling besides themselves??
