Here's a question for anyone! If an individual was on Disability and was approved for "Dried Marihuana Possession" lol.. Due to a medical condition, would they be covered for there medicine? Assuming other approaches were previously noneffective?

Ontario court appealed this on april 14th. They had 90 days to change the current medical marijuanna in that time or weed would be legal in ontario. It has been 90 days and they haven't said anything, therefor isn't weed legal now in ontario? If we have to follow code, the canadian goverment has to as well. I know were under the crown but what's the deal? They do realize hundreds of thousands of canadians grow right? Every grow bust, another two growers are born. They can't win with the US going through an uproar on californias media currently. Now its like watching dominos...
