24’ x 10’ room (Sealed/ Framed/Drywall/Mud Finished/Back of drywall panels Sealed w/ Liquid Rubber and all seams filled with silicone)

Reflective Mylar walls (Glued to drywall)

2x 24k BTU Mini Splits
12x 800 Watt LED Lights
12x Plants
12x 27 gallon totes (RDWC Setup)
100 gallon main reservoir tank
1 1/2 HP Water Chiller
2x 2000 GPH Water Pumps
2x 3500 GPH 12-Output Air Pumps
24x 8” Circle Air Stones (2 per tote)
10” Plastic Net Pots
6” Rockwool cube / Hydroton filled pots
4 Burner CO2 Generator
2x 12” AC Infinity Inline fans (Air scrubbers)
2x 12” Ac infinity carbon filters (air scrubbers)
Commercial Dehumidifier (140 PPD)
Digital room controller (AC/Heat/RH/CO2)

here’s my advice. Take it or leave it.
I hope you take it cause this looks like a trainwrexk.

so do make 1 plant a light work and ret somewhat ok yields you’ll need to veg for 3-4 months! Do you have a plan for vegging monster plants like that? Not only do you now need 4x the light investment but more nutrients, more water more skill needed to trend to giant plant. I’m mean your shoppping list has to be 20-30 grand on its own.
I mean you’ve already said you gotta make money doing this right? Which is kinda a no no without a license… so if your set on the big ass basement grow you might as well do 16 plants a light or something. Who cares what your count it your already breaking the law anyway. 16 plants x12 lights that’s where the real yields are 2-3 gallon pots veg until 8-10 inches one super crop….
