Starts kind of steamy grass smelling, then around 250 - 300 degrees it starts to burn / smoke a little. Smells somewhat like popcorn.How's the smell when you roast?
The natural washed Brazilian smelled like chocolate and raisins while roasting.
The Columbian like popcorn mostly. Still getting a feel for the varieties. Just saving the more delicate stuff for later.
Have an Ethiopian guji, and a nice bangalore peaberry waiting their turns.
