Comment on my CFL Flowers

sup pie..i have a good example of a natural deficiency, and some nute burn in other leaves as you can see the background, the clawing ones. thats cause i overfed to compensate..the necrosis scared me:

Hey Ms Pie, just a heads up I bought two of those fans this grow and they were crap. One lasted maybe 40 hours of operation, one lasted 4! Had bought through Amazon and thought the first was just a fluke, but 2nd bad also. I had them on a speed controller, that might have had something to do with it. But if they won't dial down they aren't gonna work for me.

Replaced with this

Still chowing down on herself. I watered her with 1 tsp per gallon. I can't go much stronger than that.

Prob gonna trim her up a bit later after I take a shower. Buds are definitely coming in nice. I'll take more pics tonight after she gets a haircut.
 
If I can manage to get a HPS light for next grow I may do a side by side comparison. Maxibloom vs Garden Tone. Idk tho. I think I need to fiddle around with the maxibloom dosages some more before I try to compare it to a tried and true method.
 
Are you running 75, or closer to 100% nute-wise at this time? Have to ask, if all else fails.. slowly go up until she's happy - some strains will guzzle 150% like it's water, would rather you not shock/stunt/burn her though.. hmm.

The back of the bag (bloom) says 1-2 tsp per gallon for a feeding. I am feeding her 1 tsp every 3 days. So basically full dosage?

The online source for drain to waste dosage is .75 tsp per watering. :wall:

The surprise would be her all of a sudden stopping the absorption of nutes, and that'd definitely be shitty.. especially at that stage. I've seen it happen with a few other strains, none of which are similar in genetics.

I looked at your grow. There are a lot of bulbs. I am jealous. I'm not growing right now, it's hard to grow when someone's staying with you, I mean I trust him not to open his trap, I just don't want to put him at risk. Good looking grow, very good looking.
 
Did you look at the most recent update or the first page of my thread? cus that first page was like 10 months ago at least.
 
Finally made it in here... Love the setup complete encapsulation with cfls reminds me I should throw a couple on the sides or my starters. How long till you cut?

it is mostly indica, so prob in 2 weeks. I am on day 48 of 12/12. Tomorrow will be 7 weeks.

Yeah I didn't use side lighting on my first two grows and I wish I had.

She smells so strong. My mom walked into the house today (after I had run the attic fan for a min or two) and was like "It smells like a skunk in here!" with my front door open.. Thanks mom.

I said it might be the sink, cus I had some dirty dishes from making deviled eggs I hadn't cleaned yet. But she kept going on and on.. So I finally just told her my husband had smoked weed yesterday.

Got a little scissor happy and trimmed 5-6 leaves off. They were half gone and blocking healthy leaves from direct light.

She smells like infected skunk ass.

Watered today.
