Still studying, will inquire.

No rush.

I have an old phone for navigation if I need it. That $450 off idea on a new one is tempting though, if I qualify. Almost half price, it may be an offer I can't refuse.
I hang onto my tech as long as it functions. I still have an iPhone 6 and it does the job. I've been looking at the new hotness but wow, what a price!

Phone fucked up today big time. After 2 weeks of GPS not following along when in motion, I totally lost service.

Shut off and turned on, got no sim card message.

Took to Verizon and they put a new sim card in and it wouldn't activate. So I bought a new phone.

Now if only I can figure out how to work everything. Another wasted night trying to set it up the way I need it. Sucks.

Nice phone though.

I was reading some reports about how many people STILL fall for any number of phishing and spoofing attacks. And the fact they have become even more sophisticated in their techniques using social engineering schemes and technical subterfuge. Sure, you may not fall for this but how about your Mom, Dad and Grandparents? Have you had a talk with them about this?

Another breach, Yahoo this time. (looks like having a e-mail account qualifies you)

So, I just noticed today when logged into a Google account and trying to use Google search, you get a new format:

google search mobile.jpg
instead of this which I'm used to:

google old.jpg

Appears to be the "mobile" version, so now I have to be logged out of Google account to get the desktop version. From what I've read they also changed the search algorithms as well. Just when I've got used to the new and improved "News" :(
