CPH's first grow journal

Thanks, I'm glad you looked.:weed:

I try to update 1 or 2 times a week. Are you planning on starting a journal? Let me know if you do.:peace:

Im just going to keep updates going in the link you posted to. i will update with pics on there about every 2 or 3 days. so watch for updates thanks again dude

I have ordered lights from a htg a few times and I never had good luck w/ the ballasts. They all 3 quit working, htg was cool about replacing them overnite the 1st & the 2nd time. I had 1 that still wouldn't stay on longer than an hr or 2 :( I called them and called them, they never replaced the ballast.

Peace

Not much has changed. The one I flushed has not gotten any worse so I'm happy:-P I also moved all the remaining plants into the main area. So that makes 10. Their are 3 that haven't so sex yet. I'm hoping to get a new light at the end of the week. So here are the pics.:peace:

looking great, rep 4 u!

i'll be following, since your about same far into flowering as me :D

It's been a intersesting week. Found another male in the group that I moved at the begining of the week. All the rest are females. So i'm flowering 9 plants. I NEED MORE LIGHT! Oh well money sucks.

There are some spots that showed up on the tops of 2 now, was 1 of my plants. The advice I got said prodably a ph prob. Still can't check that so I don't know for sure. I gave it a good flush 2 days ago any it doesn't seem to be any worse.

I was getting ready to water them the other day and accidently nocked over one of the pcs of metal that I have as reflectors. They are polished stainless. On my budget I figured they would work for now. Anyway, it completely flattend one of them. The ones I just took out of veg are as tall as the ones that have been flowering, about 34". Surprizenly it didn't kill yet, bent it over with the root ball and all. Probably a good thing I didn't have my soil real tight. I'm sure some of the roots broke off but there's still new growth.:hump: It did however bend and break of a few of the fan leaves and branches on that 1 and the 1 beside it that would have gotten it alot worse if it was just a couple of in closer.

Other than that all is good. Here are some pics I took last night.:peace:

Thanks for coming by Gaines!! I have noticed some triches.:hump: I was real happy when I did. Only 2 of the 3 that are furthest along are showing them but I think the third is a different strain. They are all from bagseed, some that I've had for years. Right now they are under a 400w mh. Hoping to get a HPS soon. Been looking and considering my space and think I might end up going with 1000w.

Ya dude! 27 days flowering. that is from the first day I noticed hairs, on 3 anyway. Then there is the runt that I had to bring back to life, she is about a week behind the others. There are 2 more about 15 days in. Finally the last 4 are 3 days in.:peace:

If you got the space and temps are no concern...1000W HPS is the way to go for sure. I just upgraded from a 400WHPS to a 600W and it is a big difference. Looking good..you going to be so happy in about a month...lol:joint::peace:

Nice looking set up....If you can I would put extra money into the hood....Get a vented shade with a glass covering...It is easier to control temps and more firesafe...peace

I haven't had any prob with temps. Even with that light running 24/7 it didn't get over 80 and if I just crack the door it goes to 75. My basement is very cool even in the middle of the summer. Were i'm at we only get a few weeks of 90's in the middle of hte summer. It's humid as fuck here thou. after it rained the other day my room went to about 80 rh. I turned the fan up and cracked to door and was 60 agian. I can't get it below that right now, but I have a exhaust fan and ducting. I'm trying to figure the best spot to go outside with it. I may need to get a carbon filter because of the situation, but I didn't want to if I didn't have to.

My room is about 7x7. So I thought I would be able to veg in a cabinet and flower in a tent of of some type.

Thanks for the advice slippery, I've thought about taking that hood off but I think i would loose to much light.:peace:

Son of a BITHCH!! IE just locked up on me as I was uploading the pics after typing this once.

Anyway here goes. Pics I took tonight as I was watering. 2 are of the plants that didn't take the flush very well. One of the problems I have found with Miracle Grow. Live and learn.:joint: The buds look real good IMO anyway.:weed:

There's a pic of the runt. She doesn't get much light in the corner but I happy with the acorn size buds and the starts of some trichs she has. Even if I only get a night of bongloads it will be worth keeping her alive.

The other pics are of the whole area and the other 2 that are flowering good. Still hopeing to get a light soon. Money still and always will suck!!
