Double Koosh. http://www.sanniesshop.com/double-koosh-en.html

pre-98 Bubba Kush x G-13/HP

Double Koosh is an F2 selection from our Redneck Koosh, wich is pre-98 Bubba Kush x G-13/HP. The pre-98 Bubba Kush needs no introduction, the tight kush nugs reek of earthy/coffee goodness. The G-13/HP was worked and selected for the G-13 traits since our bro landed the seeds back in '87-'88 from the Seedbank.
The G-13/HP opened Bubba's structure somewhat and branches out nicely. While not a heavy yielder,21 grams per gallon pot used can be achieved. An easy grower and easy to clone, can take fert abuse and other beginner mistakes. The finished product is some fat kush nugs with an earthy/hashy smoke, very strong and relaxing body stone. Great for arthritis, fibromyalgia and any other muscle related ailement.

Ok HC, here's my plan. Select one of these Strawberry Sour Diesel and dust some buds with Caliband, and some with BSB/CB. This SSD reminds me of both of those plants in structure and it may make something nice. IDK, we'll see.

I'd be scared to go with the BSB/CB Unless you have a Knockout pheno. Now the CaliBand with the genetic diversity and what it brings to the table could be benefitted by what i'm assuming SSD will have.
the ssd i had was Super Strawberry Diesel from elite, it was so creamy n berry-ish her genetics were (reservoir seeds)strawberry diesel x (elite genetics)sour og kush.

I hear that T. Thinking back, my BSB was beautiful to look at but gave crappy blowjobs. OMG I have no Idea where I get this shit from, it just comes out of my fingers I swear. Anyway, my CaliBand was much better and closer in structure to the SSD. I remember the Caliband having a soury, vinegar smell to it, now that I think of it. Also had a bit of color. I think by the time these males pop any pollen it's going to be too late for the SSD's going now, so I'll have to harvest the pollen and root some cuttings from an SSD. But which one?

I'm glad that all you guys popping in are here now. Talk about a knowledge base. I've been wanting to get into some selective breeding for a while now and I've been working diligently, with what I have, to get to a point where I can start. I don't want to just take any old pollen and dust just any old female. The things I care about I try not to do half assed. That said, I don't like to get ahead of myself either so I haven't put a whole bunch of time into studying the finer points of breeding, but I'm there now and having you guys around is a big bonus, thanks.

So I'll cull the BSB and her clone and keep Mr. Caliband around awhile.

Excuse the magnetic lines. My group of parent plants. Mostly Extrema's, some Hericules and a couple more Deep Psychosis. Last shot is the topped clones.

Hey Duchie. Pretty much what T said. Do you have any other males that you could use? It's hard to tell phenotypes with males but with the Caliband there were 2 good phenos.......one purple with a lot of frost and one green with a lot of frost and 2 not so good phenos...one purple that was low yeilding and kind of sickly and one green one that blew up, was a mold magnet and not a lot of frost. To be honest with you I would have choosen the BSB/CB if I had to pick between the two.

Just wanted to make to make it more confusing for you ;)

Well Governor. Your call for a stay in execution made it in time. We'll hold off for further discussion. lol

Yeah, thanks for that. I was going to grab some shot of the boys last night by battery was too low on my camera. I'll grab some later today, in the sunlight, and post them up. The only other males were Extrema's. The last time I grew them I was still pretty green but I got some good smoke from them, just not much yield. Don't know if that's indicative of the strain or was just growing pains. Either way, until I take cuts from the SSD and root them successfully I can't do anything so I'll just harvest pollen right now and work it out later.

Edit. Oh man, I should really proof read my post before posting. What's the name of that blubbering dude on Fat Albert?

No, not at all Robbie. Feel free to show us what you got here, I don't pay for the space so lets fill it up. I'm really looking forward to this Deep Psychosis. The heavy indica's are getting tiresome and I have some plans I need to keep busy with and need me a good daytime smoke. I'm guessing this will be that.

Yes sir "Westy" lol. Sorry, saw D razzing you about that.

Anyway. Sorry I haven't been around much lately folks, I've been a busy boy gathering, planning and scheming. My garden has been a bit neglected lately and it's showing in the younger garden as the cups went pretty dry for pretty long, but I've decided that since I'm leaving for the dam soon, and I don't want to leave the Mrs with too much to deal with, I'm putting them back into veg and I'll deal with them when I get back. My older garden will start harvest before I leave but some will be left to wait for me. I'm thinking I may need to get my wife to chop one while I'm away. I'll just have her chop and hang.

So Doobie and Jig. After a long time going on about it, first out of my mouth and then just in my head, I present my new Axe and accessory.

She, is a Squire Vintage Modified Jazz and the combo amp is a Rumble 350. It was sold to me buy a great and knowledgeable bass player who I've seen play in a few bands in TO over the years. This girl is set up so nice and feels so good to play. I went back and forth between this one and a Mexican Fender for $300+ more and because it was so close I could justify making the step up. I also picked up an Apex 415 condenser mic and my nephew in law (don't know what else to call him) saved me $100 on a pair of M Audio BX5 D2 monitors. Oh! And a Yamaha P-105 piano for "my daughter", ;)

This morning I was practicing New Orleans is Sinking. Why! Because I just scooped two gold seat to The Hip in Toronto in February. They went on sale yesterday and I jumped on it. I'm talking my daughter IMG_0160.jpgIMG_0159.JPGIMG_0151.JPGIMG_0141.jpg
