found this a couple pages backHeisenberg,,, is it possible to brew a bad batch of tea within the 48 hour window???
You didnt get slime from not straining your tea! I have been not straining for almost a year now and many other friends of mine.
Sometimes tea batches can go bad! Even while your brewing.
Damn! I haven't been reading through the thread as much as I used to, I missed that post. Sorry, Mr. White It would have saved me some grief, though. I never thought I'd get cloning down, but now that I need at least 22 new plants every 3 weeks, there's no way for me to grow from seed any longer. Thanks again, Heis...Some people, using bennies, run clone water at 80 to encourage faster rooting.
Gotta pay attention. (apply yourself Jessie)
Gratz on getting cloning down tho. I had trouble as well. But it's one of those things that once you get it, you got it.
I'm thinking this is the bennie bacteria itself. I guess I don't really know though...Well it was time for a rez change in the rez that got all the slime eaten up by the Tea. And just like the other rez this one got the brown residue on the roots after a day and a half. What is it???? Is it possible its just my floranova??? I did just up the nutes from 2.5ml to 4.5ml a gallon. Anyone seen this that uses floranova? Or is it something else...hopefully these pics will help.
Also it wipes off of the roots fairly easily but leaves them stained brown. And H202 clears it up in about an hour if this info helps someone determine what it is.

Hey all this is my first DWC grow
These roots were white on Sunday and then I used the tea(put 10ml aquashield, 1gal water, 1 handful EWC and an eighth of a scoop of Great White brewed 48hrs) but I guess some EWC must have diffused through the sock cause when I checked on my roots Monday this gunk was on them so I scooped some water out the bucket and tried to pour some over the area to try and wash it off and I noticed a lot of particles in the cup. It hasn't gotten any worse, but i'd like to know if it is EWC or something going wrong.
Nothing was wrong prior, I just wanted to use tea for preventative maintenance instead of using h2o2. The plant is healthy, leaves all upright and really taking off since the roots came out the pot a week ago.
My res is always 60-66 and lately more like 58-62. I clean the buckets during res changes once a week. So should this concern me?
Yeah I'm doingg a little bit better. Hopefully this one lives and I can start cloning from it...Looks like you have gotten better at growing. I honestly think it's the bacteria just latching onto something. Like Bio Balls in an aquarium do.
I probably see a new strain every day I want to try haha. Its going to take a long time to fit them all in.Yeah I'm doingg a little bit better. Hopefully this one lives and I can start cloning from it...
That's the fruity chronic juice you wanted to try
