Can I get some opinions. I know this is about Dyna-Gro, but it's also about how Dyna-Gro is the only nutrient line needed so I figured this question wouldn't be out of place.
I see many posts on how great Cha-Ching and Ovsort erdrive is. It usually goes along the lines of "man this produce really packs on the weight". But I've heard that the last few weeks of flowering is when the plants have a significant "explosion" of bud growth. Do you think these products are doing anything or is it just the plants natural growth?
If you work from clones then there is an easy way to find out..
Cha Ching 9-50-10
Overdrive 1-5-4
It's not what I would do, but, that doesn't mean much..
I found this nifty graph on overdrive... I wonder what sort of test was done to make this graph with confidence.
I've been sailing along nicely, doing my 9-3-6 and 7-9-5 with no experimenting... I should try out one of these boosters in a side by side. It's been a little while since I've contributed anything here at RIU in the form of a test.
I've got a couple really consistent plant i work from clone right now.
My G13 plant would be a good one to try out... I just cut down 8 and put in 12 more this week.
A friend right now is finishing a GH vs DG... He's finding the yields to be the same but GH has a little bit improved smell.
I've suspected that DG has a small effect on smell. He says it is a slight difference, but it is there.
I was thinking about doing Dyna Gro vs House and Garden... Maybe at the end break the 1/2 DG and 1/2 HG down into 1/4's and try out overdrive... with claims like they make above, damn, ide like to try. If it worked I would be buying it for sure.
Looking at that graph, i suspect bullshit... the reason why? My plants (that do not get overdrive) definitely don't slow down production late week 4 and keep going down to week 6... they fucking explode..
