I certainly care about any inequities in our justice system. equal justice for all, and that starts at birth. no more sanctioned assault on children. end corporal punishment.

You just framed that last post in the shadow of you mocking any mention of inequality in the justice system. If you really did care, you would acknowledge it as obvious as everyone else on the planet with a working cranium does

I mock the ludicrous idea that the black community does not have a criminality problem. you have to get IN to the Justice System for it to be fair, unfair, or indifferent to you. you need a case. a perpetration. PC was obtained, or they wouldn't waste the ink. you did something 99 times out of 100. I've been arrested...numerous times....and was not one time innocent of the charge.

read the study I posted. do you think I'm cheering for the White team? trying to rub black peoples' noses in poo? I have future horses in this race, I hope, and have a personal interest in this matter. I would be a happy man if all parents stopped using aggression towards their children; especially the ones who are doing it the most, and reaping most of its horrid by-products. I wish for all of us to refuse to produce either convicts, or Praetorians.

And I suppose getting into the justice system is a completely legitimate process, especially if you're a minority..

The getting in part is half of the problem that I think you are overlooking completely

ah.....the cases are fabricated.
I have been an on-again, off-again crook for 35 years, and have ate my share of cheese sandwiches. black guys are pulling off a lot of crimes, and violent ones at that. I say that as a crook. nothin' personal; just how it is.

studies show this increased level of criminality is directly tied to high levels of aggressive parenting in the black community, and the absence of a man in the home. it is shown that children learn empathy from the male parent. I say this as the future grandfather of mixed "race" children, an empathic human, as an American.

i don't dispute that there are more crimes in the black community, i question your implication that this is some intrinsic property of being black.

that's an assumption that only a retard or a racist (much overlap there) would make.
