I know what you mean about sweet deep grapefruit. One of the best I've smoked. If I was in a position to grow properly I'd probably do that one. Didn't know it was dinafem though, interesting. Might have to check out a few plant pics.

i hear ya bro. yure an experience grower is wy.most ppl that get them need to look in the mirror first and one thing i know about reverse, i highly recommend not using this reverse seing it alters the genetics somewhat trying to stablize the plant.and hobbes that started this thread wasnt a very good grower so i know wy he had hermies.

Which breeder cuz I just had .. in week 6 a chemdawg from Humbolt Seeds grow bananas on bottom buds ... but my pineapple chunk from barney's us doing fine ...

I have to add Kannuk Seeds as a banana pusher - I have four of their Super Lemon Haze in flower and one of them was just throwing off bananas, I spent an hour a night just checking them and plucking green bananas until I finally harvest it at week 11 (advertised as 8-10 week strain but i think it still needed 3-4 weeks of flower).
From past experience I know that there's nothing to do but pluck. There use to be a product called Dutch Master Reverse that was suppose to suppress bananas but I never found that it worked, plus I won't spray an unknown substance on a plant I'm going to inhale anymore.

I haven't had a hermie in so long I forgot how annoying it is. Dr Greenthumb warrantees against hermies and I've been growing mostly his beans the past few years.
I'm growing strains from Pacific Seeds and Crop King right now, here's hoping they don't make the negative side of this thread!

Have you torture tested any of Dr.Greenthumbs genes? What are the most stressful conditions you belive you have bloomed one in. How many generations of clones have you run past the F1. How many times have you reveged and bloomed a single plant.
If my research is to be trusted a genetic line is not considered stable til it has been tested though a 5th generation of clones
or 3 reveg 4bloom cycles of a f1

I haven't run clones lately and I certainly wouldn't clone this strain by this breeder. You're missing the point, we're looking for hermies during normal growing and what can be done about it.
What would you suggest I do with one hermie out of 4? It's not environmental or they'd all be chucking bananas.
