Hey all,
First time cultivator here. I'll give a brief overview of my setup and potential harvest.
I have a 5x5 7ft tall grow tent (greenhut) and a PB4000 series Maxisun LED light. I've installed a 4'' vented intake and exhaust using AC infinity air fans. 1 exhausts through the AC infinity charcoal filter, and the other is bringing in separate outdoor air for CO2.
I've started with 6 "White widow" autoflower seeds, I germinated them in water for 24 hours, then papertowel until I saw about a 1/8 of an inch root then I planted them in 3G pots of Canna coco.
They popped up about 1-2 days later and everything seems ok. (1) of the seedlings still has the seed shell on it and I am not sure if I should assist or let it run its course???
I am using filtered/bottled water for now with a spray bottle, spraying/watering it in the morning and at night keeping the lights on 24 hours a day. I am thinking I should soon put them on an 18 hour schedule? Or leave lights on 24 hours and then change it until when? These are autoflowers so any experience apprecaited.
I've also read to wait about 1-2 weeks until starting nutrients - so straight water for now. I've got 2 small humidifiers in there running on a 60% humidity threshold and an average temperature currently of 68-71 degrees.
I wanted to see if there is anything I am missing, could do better, etc. And also the questions in bold
Also - How do the seedlings look?
Appreciate all the feedback in advance!
