Don't rush it. You'll see the buds just look different. You've been seeing them grow for many weeks. Then one day you'll see they just look done, it will have a kinda amber tinge to it.
But you can always ask very nicely to the "ruler of the universe"... fdd2blk has a thread, you post up pictures and he will do his best to give you an approximate idea of when it should be done. Here is a link to that thread. Click Here<----- Right there...

Yeah I been checking fdd's thread regularly to get acquainted with budding completion. Also been check some other thread to see "ready" plants... gonna wait till at least 50% amber I think... so might be a little more time. Only problem is my clones are ready to transplant and the cab I have is limiting... gonna have to do some more LST on them today..

yeah for sure, but I kept em fairly small in height, so hopefully they'll all fit in there. I think I might go straight to flower with them though, to make sure they don't get out of hand....

Well you don't want to compromise your final yield... You could just top one more time.?. I don't know, it's your grow you know better then anyone else. Just throwing out ideas.

Been LST training them the whole time... they are some bushy ladies, straight 70's style... haha

good call.. I think a profesh photo session is in order... I got a canon digital SLR too which I could use for some higher res shots as well (shoots in RAW too so I can adjust color temp).
