Over-watering:
I am loving the color I'm seeing. The green is really starting to come through. The one that you said that isn't very happy in the bottom left hand corner.

To me, She's looking the healthiest. But probably could benefit with more light. I would say aim for that sort of coloring.
Defoliating:
I agree with what you're saying about the removing branches. I did not know that room for moving a fan leave causes more stress than a branch. So thank you for that.
When evaluating branches, I tried to imagine how the plant is going to grow. I tried to plan three steps into the future.
So I'll look at a branch and think how much light it'll get once it's little sisters grow up bigger to. If I think it's just going to be a runt, I get that b**** out of there. Essentially they are suckers.
And I'm telling you, get you some of that diatomaceous earth. It's going to help ease the stress and help with your water.
I have thoughts on just using the whole room as a grow house. I'm a little biased because that's what I decided to do. I don't regret it at all. In order to best be able to give opinions though, it would probably be better to be able to see the room that you're talking about. Flooring electrical.. ect.
Electric: when was the last time you did a load calc on power? I would recommend looking at all of your draw, make sure that the load is divided evenly.

Dehumidifier:
Yes. To me it is a must. Humidity in the air effects Soo so much. plus it's going to be beneficial for when you start to dry shit out. Remember think three steps ahead.
Speaking of... Now would be a good time to order some more seeds. If you are planning on going organic soil, that takes significantly longer. Additionally, I would recommend starting a compost pile now. The longer it has to age, the better it is. even if you're buying like store bought stuff. If you're going to mix it with some other stuff, you're probably going to want it to sit. I try to lean towards living soil method.
Scrogging: are you planning on doing that in your room? I mean you don't have to. I was just curious.
