It is. But from what perspective? It's great on women , but there's a reason athletes like myself wear it, whether we like the skin fitting properties on ourselves or not.I was debating with my friend over whether or not spandex is the single greatest thing known to man. I love it.
how'd you get injured?Before my back/neck inj. I was 135lb 5'7", around 5-6% body fat. I could lifted 240lb flat bench. I could do around 4 reps of 50 push ups non stop, abb crunch on decline(left, right,) with a 45lb weight 50 reps each non stop. I could climb the rope in under 1min.
Now I sit on the couch and don't do shit. I'm 175lb now and over 15% body fat. I try to go to the gym but I always end up in to much pain.
Yeah I can do them fine but I have no where to do them at home and haven't been able to make it to the gym latelyMr J12
