Oh ya,I've got 2 tents and 2 cabinets for flower. One 3x3 tent has Cree BR30's and the other 3x3 has the A19 hood, then the 31"x 31" cabinet has the new XGS and the 31" x 54" cabinet has the induction T5 HO set up. I supplement all of them with A19 side lighting as needed. I've got 3 of the 730 nm floods so I still need to get one more. I supplement the large cabinet with T5 660 nm and the 3 others with LED 660 nm. I have T5 UVB in the large cabinet and in the 3 x 3 with the A19 hood so I need 2 more UVB set ups. I also use the Cree A19's for sprouting seeds and early veg then a T5 bad boy for a main veg light.Nice upgrade captain. Are you still using the home deps crees?
Thats alot of tents /cabinets. You have come a long way in the last year or two.Oh ya,I've got 2 tents and 2 cabinets for flower. Thanks hyroot, turns out I have a green thumb.Thats alot of tents /cabinets. You have come a long way in the last year or two.
The only positive thing I can see is the price. It has 120 led's vs 20 led's in a Cree A19 with only 50% more lumens so I would worry about how much penetration it would have and it doesn't show a spectral graph.Wondering if anyone has any input/opinions on these?

Was considering grabbing a few to lower the temps a bit but I haven't been able to get a response in any other threads. I know someone who's placed orders here via paypal quite a lot for electronics, so I know the site is indeed legit.
I've used the Cree bulbs in a 31" x 31" cabinet and a 3' x 3' tent for several grows. The sweet spot for that size seems to be about 180 to 200 watts of total light. I've tried more but it didn't seem to increase yield or quality.Hey I hoping to bother you for a total wattage your using in your cabinet now and in what spectrums. I have just spent about an hour reading every second page on this thread. Think you can give me a condensed current light recap? Amazing things are happening here.
Sorry I've been out of the loop for 3 or 4 months. Looking at the graphs between the xt-e and xb-e the red peak looks identical but the blue peak is lower in the xb-e. Has anybody reported a noticeable growth difference between the two? Might be able to just add a couple 5000k's to add a little more blue if you have the xb-e's.Just be aware that Cree changed the diodes in the bulbs, they're no longer like what CM has, nor the same quality. Philips is doing the same, cheaper diodes now in their bulbs. My older philips were much better.
I added the Phillips 3000k bubls, I actually run them 6:4 with the SW Cree 2700K's. They have a blue spike similar to the Xt-E's.Sorry I've been out of the loop for 3 or 4 months. I've heard nothing but good about Kessil but at over $7 a watt for 30 watts,it's out of my price range so for now I'll play around with the ebay $1.35 a watt floods. growlightsource.com has a 50 watt red booster for about the same price but it's 660 and 680 not 630 and 660. If your main light has enough 630 I would go with the 660-680 combo over the kessil.Good to see ya back Cap. This thread really inspired me. I now have all my A19s around the house...since nobody knows how to turn off a damn light. What do you think of kessils for supplemental red?
Thanks. I'll look into those floods or a DIY. Summer's coming, and I really don't want the heat from my 860w CMH.I've heard nothing but good about Kessil but at over $7 a watt for 30 watts,it's out of my price range so for now I'll play around with the ebay $1.35 a watt floods. growlightsource.com has a 50 watt red booster for about the same price but it's 660 and 680 not 630 and 660. I emailed the ebay seller to see if they also offer a all 630 nm version, should hear from them tonight or tomorrow night.Thanks. I'll look into those floods or a DIY. Summer's coming, and I really don't want the heat from my 860w CMH.
