Idk, all i know is with a dog out like that and biting people, animal control and the hospital is your best friend.
Oh, you got bit? Hospital is a mandated reported, that dog goes into quarantine and cannot leave the house until its animal control clears it to.

You cant just own an animal, There are laws and guidelines to follow;

My ma's pitt/shepard bit me when i was a kid, twice.
Both times she was locked up in the house for 3 weeks on quarantine, the 2nd time most of it was at an animal control kennel.
At the very least, this fat gash needs to be taught you cannot just abuse an animal like that,
There are no inherencies: That animal is that was because of how it was treated and raised.
Remove tha dog from the equation via animal control: You'll be doing yourself and the dog a favor.
He's probably barking all the time from the smell what ever is stuck up that preggo ladys ass is making, their Olefactory senses are a lot more astute than ours
