I would drop out and get your GED, but just like others said do it straight away because the longer you wait the harder it is to break back in to that mindset. In todays world and tomorrows world if you want a good job you NEED a college degree or you need to find a SKILLED trade. For example I do not have a college degree but found my niche as a service technician for a swimming pool company. I make way more money than any of my college educated friends, have full health bennies paid for by my employer, and I get to relax on unemployment from December til late March. So if I were you try breaking into a trade. Not to mention the plumbing side of my job has come in handy in quite a few hydro set-ups!! :bigjoint:

Do you really want to be looking for a job right now as a high school dropout? There are people with college degrees whoare having trouble finding a job making french fries, and you somehow think you're going to drop out, and get a job as a care giver in Canada?

Have you looked into getting Canadian Citizenship? It's not exactly easy. Or are you already in Canada in a different part?

Long story short, don't drop out, you're just going to fuck yourself up. You'll be regretting it before the school year is even over.

But anyway, back to the op. How many more credits do you need?
If it's not that many I'd try to stick it out. If it's enough to require two more semesters I'd just say fuck it, get your ged and get into community college by the time school would be starting next year. That way you don't waste another year with high school bullshit.

hey man. Finish this year then talk to ur counselor about graduating early Or getting the rest of ur credits over the summer, lots of people do it. And the best part is that u won't even have to go to school, u just wait till graduation and u walk with ur class..
