We hate you because you're being an asshole in a thread where someone is talking about losing a friend. Yes people need to practice personal responsibility but that doesn't mean that it is unacceptable to be angry when a friend dies. If Canndo was trying to bring back Prohibition to save others from his friends' fate I would be inclined to agree with you, but instead he is lamenting that some people do make that choice for whatever reason.

Of all the drugs I have taken... alcohol is the most problematic for multiple reasons and the only one which will have me dirty dancing with some toothless 20 year older slut at 2am in the morning.

Just found out a friend got hit by a drunk driver the other night. He'll be ok but he was pretty messed up.
If you're fucked up and need to get somewhere please find a ride or call a cab. Whatever dude needed to do wasn't worth this folks.

I've yet to have an experience with smoking and driving where I felt like I couldn't judge my ability to drive. Plenty of times where I knew the answer was there's no way in hell you should get behind the wheel, Duck, but as long as you know not to that's ok. Damn GABAergics seem to make you forget you shouldn't.
