Well, can you believe that some cannabis clinics want you to show receipts of where you bought your seeds from because if you buy from anywhere else, its illegal. Doesn't make sense.

Not overly shocking, a number of them require receipts to make sure you are buying cannabis from LP's.
It is likely a requirement of the followup appointment not the initial, it is ridiculous however that they should care where your seeds come from as long as you are growing the medicine you require.
