It seems some are missing the point. It did not sit at USPS for 10 days. It sat at GLG for 10 days after they said it shipped. When it was finally taken to USPS. It took 3 days to get to me.
Feb 04 - GLG acknowledges receipt of money and is processing the order
Feb 08 - GLG says it's shipped
Feb 18 - GLG actually decides to ship it
Feb 20 - package arrives
Contrast that with an order from HLG.
Feb 12, 1:11am - order received
Feb 12, 7:47am - order shipped
Feb 15 - package arrives
That one letter makes a big difference. Lol

From my understanding, he has a routine he follows when processing orders. Labels are created as the orders are processed. Accounts are updated with the label info (delivery confirmation number) but I think he only ships Monday, Wed, Friday because he lives in a rural area. Its been this way since he started. I don't want GLG to hire a full staff and turn into another SHN. The fact that its small mom and pop seed bank that takes extra steps to protect privacy is enough for me. Fuck those banks that compromise info and use foreign CC processors.
And yeah, other banks may be quicker, but you wont find the same deals, variety, or level of integrity. This is one of the few banks that truly benefit the canna community.
GLG has done multiple charity auctions for folks who've hit hard times with every dime going to the intended purpose.
IMO, this is one of those seeds banks that really deserves support.

When you send your package tracked and it shows it has arrived at my PO Box. This confirms it was delivered. It does not mean it is in my hands. But it has been safely delivered.
Then Once I have received the mail, I open it and post your payment to your account. Then you will receive an e-mail stating payment was received. And then after your order has been processed you will receive another email with your tracking number, confirming your package has been shipped. Most package’s ship within 3 business days or less. We ship to all US states in a Priority box (with tracking) for 7 dollar's.
Please understand shipping time may be longer during holidays and promotional periods.

I received my tracking number on Feb 8. In that email it specifically states it was shipped on Feb 8th. In my case, at least, I didn't mistakenly refer to it as tracking.

Right but I thought he had some issues at home that slowed orders down. Could just be miscommunication. I don't know what happened in your case. I do know that I expect orders to take longer during promos, especially the 420 promos.
And I understand your frustration. My comment about mistaking DC for tracking was in general. DC isn't necessarily the same as paid tracking. With DC, postal workers don't always scan at every destination. Or, when out for delivery, they'll scan packages in bunches. Sometimes they're not even scanned in when received. This is why it can a little unreliable overall.

It might be wordfence, which can be set to lock the account after so many failed login attempts.

It is amazing how everyone wants everything by yesterday. You aren't going to get Amazon prime service from a one man show selling weed seeds. Some of you would of completely lost your fuckin minds ordering seeds a decade or so ago lol
Shit happens and sometimes you have to wait longer then you would like. The thing about GLG is no matter what, you will eventually get exactly what you paid for and then some.
He is not some shyster ( like the many out there ) just trying to get your money. He does his best to bring us all great genetics at great prices and IMHO , does a damn good job of it.

Right in a Black Friday sale and a huge black triangle giveaway thank you very much generic seeds. Took 2 weeks then usps decided that they would send from Ohio to New Hampshire then back. Buddy just ordered over Valentine’s Day and it took about 10/11 days now they say patience is a virtue have some it will hit your box and burn that bitch up
