My unprofessional input on the subject...instead of doing scrog. Do, idk, 8-10 plants with lots of training. The only advantages to scrog (afaik) is 1. less seeds required and 2. Smaller plant count for legality purposes. Otherwise, you can cover the same area quicker using more plants. (I am only on my second grow so do not take my advice as fact.)

@zak89, whoa, cowboy. This is supposed to be a happy occasion. And our crop of choice typically is intended to mellow one's mood, not aggravate it. If you truly want to grow better, let a rude comment pass, and read the many posts that have already asked the same questions. That way you learn a lot without having to personally interact with forum members.
