guys look at me in a gym like "why is this guy lefting light weight"
i do burn outs
i just want that look - fuck being strong
notice how all the strongest people in the world are all fat

You can teach yourself.All you need is a pair of hand wraps and cable or internet lol.Just watch as much boxing as possible and examine everything they do,Foot work,head movement etc,Once you get that down learn how to PROPERLY throw punches,Then start developing your own style.You dont even need to buy hand wraps you can make them out of bed sheets lol,Thats what we would do in prison.

I cant wait until I can get out there and go jogging again.I bet I wont even be able to hit a full mile though.

does anyone smoke WHILE working out
i gat a budy that does that - i hate it - to the point i don't like going over his house to smoke
he also do push up with a deck of cards ( jail shit)
i get such a head rush form push ups when i stand up
why would i smoke with that

what do wrapping the hands do that unwrapped hands cant??

winter is a vaycation from working out hard for me. I always jump back into intense shit once it gets warm. by the end of summer I'm usually pretty cut, but right now I got about 5 lbs of useless I gotta get rid of. I'm sure walking with 40 lbs of water a few times a week helps :mrgreen:

There for keeping your wrists from getting injured.And they help support them also.Throw a punch,Then put some on and tell me how much better it feels with them on.
lol Fuck MMA.I guess im biased towards it to.I just never really got into it,I'll watch a fight here and there though

they have way to many dumb ass rules (mma) you would think it just a free for all anything goes but no its not

I toke up before I work out. keeps me focused. couple hitss from the bong and an i-pod can do wonders for your workout:D
