Agreed, nothing like going back to the pad after being sore (especially after leg day) and lighting one upI couldn't smoke when I worked out.I would lose motivation then go eat something lol.I think it feels way better when your done working out to.

I got this bump in my wrist and its sticks out when I bend my wrist.It hurts like hell when I do push ups or put any pressure on it.My grandmom said it might be a cyst.Has anyone ever had one of these?I read if you smack it with a dictionary it will pop lol.That didn't work though.So does anyone know a way to pop it without going to the doctor/hospital?

Try epistane, its pretty mild but your strength gains are great.

a great cheap source of caffeine is the stay awake pillscoffee, fuck the money on fat burners. caffeine is whats prett much in most of them. The good ones with ephedra are illegle now, and they aint that bad for ya. It ain't crank man. You'll burn more fat having more muscle. 20 calories a cigarette. My only problem when losing fat is losing too much and taking some muscle with it. I plan on taking it a lil slower comin up here. Til then I'm getting built. Fuck six packs.
