I couldn't smoke when I worked out.I would lose motivation then go eat something lol.I think it feels way better when your done working out to.

Agreed, nothing like going back to the pad after being sore (especially after leg day) and lighting one up :weed:
 
coffee, fuck the money on fat burners. caffeine is whats prett much in most of them. The good ones with ephedra are illegle now, and they aint that bad for ya. It ain't crank man. You'll burn more fat having more muscle. 20 calories a cigarette. My only problem when losing fat is losing too much and taking some muscle with it. I plan on taking it a lil slower comin up here. Til then I'm getting built. Fuck six packs. Biceps like popeye's all you need. I'll sell ya one of my calves for 10 g's.
 
This is kind of on topic because it involves working out.
I got this bump in my wrist and its sticks out when I bend my wrist.It hurts like hell when I do push ups or put any pressure on it.My grandmom said it might be a cyst.Has anyone ever had one of these?I read if you smack it with a dictionary it will pop lol.That didn't work though.So does anyone know a way to pop it without going to the doctor/hospital?
I had one on my wrist many years ago. I almost convinced myself it was cancer too, lol.
With time, it will disappear. That was almost 20 years ago, never seen it since.

30 minutes at least of cardio after workwout. i never hurt till the next day.
 
if you want a sixpack, it's all about your diet
.....and LOTS of hanging upside down, VERY CONTROLLED sit-ups.
It's about diet and hitting it from every angle.
It won't matter how many sit-ups you do if you have a fat layer over that muscle, so right you are Doc. :bigjoint:

i'm using 1-4ad right now. Not too impressed with it. After my PCT i'm going to give CEL Hdrol a try. Need to order now since it was discontinued (or is being discontinued ?)

Hdrols weak man.
Try epistane, its pretty mild but your strength gains are great.
I went from having a tough time squating 300 6 times to 425 8 times pretty easy

There are so many on the market and I personally find them to be dangerous.

So many people will diet to a point of starvation, not literally speaking of course.

The more muscle you have, the more calories you will be able to freely take in.
Cardiovascular exercise aids in burning the calories, thus the pounds. But it is the maintained muscle that keeps the calories burning throughout the day.

Men have been in awe how much I eat. I could eat this way because my body required those calories to perform as I did.

There are many women who will gain weight if they go over the 1000 calories a day. The reason is that they are not active in their lifestyle and their muscle content is low. I find that women are fearful of muscle making them look masculine, which couldn't be further from the truth.

Dieting for very short periods of time by knocking back a few hundred calories is ok, but going hours on end without eating is defeating all aspects of fat burning.

It is so much more healthy to eat small frequent meals than to sit down and eat three large meals.

By nature, I graze like a cow.

When you attempt to keep your weight down with too few calories, your body goes into "starvation mode."....basically clinging to the fat and slowing your metabolism.

It's all about balance.

a great cheap source of caffeine is the stay awake pills
like nodose, vivarin, and never sleeps they have like 200mg of caffeine each and cost like $10.00usd for like 60-90 pills you can find them at walgreens or cvs buy the asprins
way cheaper then any diet pills
