No, it doesn't. I have had Kyle Kushmans veganic herb. (In fact I had some this last weekend at the Cannabis Cup) TOTALLY overhyped. Most definetly NOT the smoothest smoke I have had. It smelled great, I'll give it that. But that's about it.
ANY system will produce top quality if you take the time to learn it and use it correctly. It's the grower, not the system. IMO unless you're some weirdo animal rights extremist, there is no reason for veganics.

H&G's Aqua Flakes with a little bit of SoS, CalMag, & Roots Exelurator. Creates a very stable living system. Aqua Flakes runs great with a sterile setup too, and was actually designed for pure systems (0ppm base water). I would definitely suggest using CalMag along with it, if you're using distilled water, you'll have problems with CalMag pretty early on from my experience. Silica Blast is a great product to run with these as well. Good luck whatever you decide.

cheers to that, couldnt agree more. the companies have infected (quite successfully i might add) the minds of growers who believe whatever sounds good at the time.
i think im going to try jacks pro hydro nutrients. very cheap and iv sen so many great reviews. gunna use the Jack’s Professional 5-12-26 Hydroponic with Jack’s Professional 15-0-0 Calcium Nitrate and epsom salts when needed. this combo is simple and easy to play around with strengths and ratios of Nitrogen. And 25 pounds is 50 dollars.... ill definitely come back to this thread in a few months and report how it goes for me.

i have a sample some company sent me that seems to be similar to maxibloom...will have to run it on something and see because it is cheap to buy.

i run coco but I will mix it separate first in some warm water to make sure i get a full dissolve...i water to waste....Have seen others who do run it with a rez fine as long as it is mixed well before hand.
