Exactly. If his neighbor is a farmer he knows his boundaries I'll guarantee you. He might have leased a spot to an outside hunter who mistakenly placed it there. Lived all my life in the west around ranches and farms. Grew up on a POS ranch in hell and we damned sure knew where every fencle line was.

Shit like this does not happen. Landowners simply dismantle the things. Making a big deal? Two plants? Get a life.

I'm doing a guerrilla grow on county property near some jogging/horse trails and such. My location is deep off the beaten path where I thought no one would go. Through the sticker patches and poison ivy, and I thought it was illegal to hunt there too...

Two weeks ago I notice a hunting cam tightly secured two feet off the ground to a tree not more than 50 yard from one my crops. It was placed on a heavy animal trail that I had been using. Luckily, I walked up on it from behind, so they didn't capture me on tape.

I immediately start freaking the fuck out like this gentleman Chickenpoop, and just knew the feds were on to me. lol. On the way home, I start to think about it. "Why would they put a camera so low to the ground where anyone can spot it?" Then I ask myself, "Why would someone be hunting on this land where its illegal to hunt?" Then I looked it up online whether or not hunting is legal on this land, and sure enough, bow hunting, cross bow, and shotgun #2 birdshot are very much legal in this area.

Ahhh, a sigh of fucking relief. I'm not going to federal bang me in the ass prison after all. As far as I know...

From then on I've been wearing different hats, sunglasses, and something to cover my mouth and nose every time I go. Its a good precaution, no matter how safe the area is. Food for thought.

I understand your reasoning. What I'm unsure of is exactly what you're trying to say. I think what you're saying is there's little to no chance, in your opinion, that it's the farmer's stand? Whose stand do you think it is? Somebody the farmer let on his land, some unknown wildcard, or something else?

Sorry if it feels like I'm asking you to repeat yourself, but I'm still confused.

Chicken shit, I think taking some time off from growing is the best idea you have come up with yet. Wait until you grow some balls and stop being scared of everything. Between this incident and the thread about the 2 drunks guys I think your not ready. Learn to be more aggresive and tell people to fuck off, man up.
