Heroin is strange in that respect.... only some 20 odd percent of people who try it get addicted... but those people suffer hell on earth.

dope is my best friend and my worst enemy. the first thing i think about in the morning and the last thing i think about at night. i spend so much time and energy on the shit. its an unstopable force for me. i dont know what to do..

ok final stance on dope is.... its no good people shouldnt use it!!! but people do. and someone needs to sell it, and there giving waaaaay waaaaaaaay waaaaaaay to much time for heron..... in this state if you get caught tryna sell over 15 grams its 6-30 years. and noone ever gets the min. its always like 9 and up!!!. 15 grams isnt shit!!!!

same sceduaeling has coke, but they usually go more twords the min. sentencing guidelines for yay esp powder. in this state heroin is the main problem. more feinds here in chicago then in any other state.

Holy shit, the words of wisdom! Why the fuck cant people get this through there head. Im going to make this as basic and simple as possible. If we live in America to be "free", why cant we be free to choose which substances we put into our bodies? Now me? I dont do drugs. I smoke pot, and mostly for medicinal purposes, but a little euphoria never hurt anybody.

More or less, legalize and tax all drugs, allow people to do what they please with themselves.

I know nothing on the topic but have learnt from both of you. What a shit drug it is.

The problem is not the drug, it IS the prohibition.
I'd say 80% of the bad side of fiending comes from prohibition... irregular supplies leading to prewithdrawal anxiety, social stigmatism leading to isolation etc... Even just with pot, one can tend to feel like you are living on the fringe, not welcome in the centre of society...

Now if there was no prohibition, there would be no monetarisation of drugs, your heroine would be so cheap, noone would bother selling it, also other more positivedrugs like the tryptamines may be better known so people have access to knowledge of good vs bad drugs.

i just despise those who can profit off of the downfall of others. i don't see how that would make my intelligence any lower. i had a step brother die, lost a girlfriend, and a part of myself because of people who push dope. as far as the government controlling substances no i don't agree with that and i feel that all drugs should be legal. i just don't see how someone could live with guilt inside them self knowing that they are ruining lives for some cash to spend. not just the junkies life either but all those that know and have a relationship to that person. now you guys can stick up for that if you want but that just says something about yourself in the end.
