i beat my ex wife's ass while her boyfriend cowarded in the corner naked, never touched him. he's not the one that fucked around on me, i wouldn't of cared who made the first move. that was a hard 2 year lesson. if it ever happens to me again i'll just wish them luck and walk away.

If you have proof that he is cheating on you, then simply walk away. Seriously it isn't worth starting some incident over it or expecting change. Father of your child or not, move on and let him lie in the bed he made for himself.

To each his own. i have moral obligations that prevent me from hitting a woman, unless said woman hit me first in a way capable of inflicting pain or injury or threatened, and i mean immediately threatened, someone important to me in a dangerous or violent way. also i was not willing to do time for her or him so i let him call the shots rather than attacking him (i will, however admit that had i walked in on them i would prolly have ended up in jail also) and finally if he knew the 2 of you were together then he is just as guilty as her imo.

personally i agree with "pipe dream" in his last post, but i lack that level of humanity. sometimes handing out dews is better than living with debts.

I disagree with that too. I don't think it's another mans responsibility to ensure your girlfriend stays faithful. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of everybody doing the right thing, and I personally wouldn't hook up with a chick who had a boyfriend, but everybody else isn't as considerate as you and I are, and you have to expect that.

The blame falls solely on the one doing the cheating.

if a man robs your house is it his fault or the door's for not keeping him out? if he lures your dog into a van with a treat and drives away is it his fault or the dogs? same with your child?

sure you need to get a better door, train your dog better and watch your children closer, but its still as much his fault as it is the door, dog, or child's if he knew they were yours.

Your door, dog and young child do not have the mental capacity to understand what loyalty is, your girlfriend does.

I stand by my statement.

your point does not contradict mine tho, yes she has the mental capacity to understand loyalty (so do many dogs and kids) but does that make it any less his fault for attempting to take them?

don't get me wrong, i still agree with you about it being her fault also.

i would also like to add in here that my situation took place over 2 years ago and i was only sharing how i dealt with it to possibly aid with the current situation faced by another RUI member. I am happy to debate the validity of my actions with anyone, but lets try not to get to far distracted from the purpose of the topic. I also would not recommend my remedy to anyone else.

Let's see I think they call it, alienation of affection. I know someone who sued the place where her husband worked and won. His boss had done the nasty with him and they had to admit it in court.
