How to dry and cure while guerilla growing ?

Gorilla dry and cure should be a whole other thread.
At harvest I would trim off the branches and put it all in garbage bags and transport it
home or to a proper location to dry and cure.

You could put all your buds in that airy bag but think about the middle.
It will rot and mold if you can't visit the site 6 times a day.

you're right, didn't think about the buds in the middle .. and no one's gonna mix it twice a day :)
or maybe buy more than 1 bag ..

I think the best solution would be to find a place without people and plants around but with shadow and hang them there..
or to hang them under a tree for 2-3 days until they do lose weight and than finish drying somewhere else ......

U can't expect a plastic bag to keep moisture out....if you would have used glass it wouldn't have molded because of being buried !@miko 2 u can bury your glass jars... If you can only do 15 minute burps 5 days of drying may not be enough.....depends on how hot it is .....I wouldn't dry in a bag to avoid bugs... your going to make everything in that bag mold ...I would hang them in a tree!
Really?, I wouldn't reccomed burrying any jane in anycontainer. It always spells disaster, jar or not!

Dude these jars are air tight keeping them in the jar already cuts air flow and extra oxygen if you bury jars underground all your going is covering glass jars with dirt it's like throwing your blanket over them!! Why would burying a sealed air tight glass container be a problem.....The only possible explanation could be the jars not air tight and it's allowing moisture in from the outside or you didn't dry properly and the moisture is in the buds!

Okay Mr. Sunshine, and you've actually tried this? If you really believe that do it, but I guarantee you it won't work out longterm. Dry or not, burrying buds underground spells mold Simple as that!

I think you're right, also if you think it's gonna be too hot buried, you can throw few litters of water to the hole, it'll make the area cooler.

Imo if they are dried properly burying them should keep them cool....just dig a hole under the shade....

Yes I tried it I don't understand why you don't understand what air tight means...have you ever tried it with an air tight glass container?

No to be honest I haven't but, I saw what happens when I burried them in numerous baggies. I guess I'll have to try it and see what happens. I would be amazed if long term storage was possible in jars burried underground.

I suggest that if you try, do it with a tiny amount..
The only possible problem is heat.

When my buds are done and cured I'll bury a a couple ozs in a Mason jar wrapped in plastic and I'll leave it there for 5 months..I'll start a thread sometime in the future about it... that many months who knows what will happen!
