The best advice that I've seen on here is to get a camera of your own and put it up hidden really well facing the other camera. That way you know what your dealing with. Hunters or law enforcement. Get all camoed up, and get a mesh camo face cover, they sell those at wallyworld in the hunting section. You could even get some cheap nightvision and go out at night, those will pick up any and all light sources in the woods(other cameras)! Good luck!
 
If it's public land do like the guy said and take a crap in front of it. I am a hunter and I'd move to another spot for sure right away. And get a good laugh. Public land yep, but if it's not and you're on private property you'd better leave it the hell alone and stay out of sight. Most of the hunters nowadays do smoke or know what it looks like. Don't be naive. Be smart and harvest your crop.

I don't think they even noticed the plants unless they're obvious - like if there's pear-lite in the soil, and if it looks like a grow operation, but those hunters aren't there to identify plant species.

I'm sure I could walk right past without even noticing I probably have...

just one thought if u took a shit under my camera there would be hell to pay....best thing to do is take a diff way in and out leave no trail behind if he knows your there he will follow where u went and see what u are doing ...of course he dont want to be hunting 50 yards down from another hunter... just try to stay un noticed thats the only thing u can do .. its all in gods hands from here if uve done good stuff in your life everything will work out for u in the long run... like everbody siad karma is a bitch with a big bite..

its just a lot of hard work (6 months) to lose it because some hunter feels the need to. well i guess he could just take them, that way dirty mexicans can continue to sell and make money to fund their cocaine and meth operations the rest of the year. yesssssssss

Here in California we don't have that problem :D But after reading through what you said, I would definitely try to stay away from the crop unless you feel like you really need to get out there. Some people, are loyal to the grow, and spite people in the area, they'll continue to work there grow outdoors and not get caught, others will work out there and eventually get caught. Either way what you're doing is illegal, remember that. Especially having an outdoor set up haha Guerilla Status? Definite jail time.

My request would be, Destroy the camera, get rid of the crop, don't risk anything. These people saying, Leave the camera alone, i would shoot you blah blah blah. Personally, If i even had the slightest instinct that the camera has seen my face I would rip that shit apart and never come back. Cause remember, if they've seen yoiu walking out to the crop, and it's outdoor, you've obviously been bringing tools, soil, everything you need to grow which would look suspicious bringing those supplies a half mile into a fuckin forest. Know what I mean? So sorry to you hunters out there but I disagree, Bash the camera. :)
 
its on public hunting land. hmm...Little different then. The hunters won't be bothered by you in a picture now and you have every right to be there as well. Do you have a hunting license? First thing a game wardon will ask for if your in the area. If your story doesn't add up he might think your growing. If your grow doesn't look like an operation you might be safe going back a few times since the hunters know anyone can go on the land. Dont bother anyones gear but know your being watched now by anyone looking for good hunting....

I know if i am out hunting i may/would walk past a pot plant without noticing it because until this site I haven't seen pot plants live. I am sure I won't unless a crop looks out of place with care i might check it for seed to see if it might pull some deer into the area? Act like your a hunter now checking out the land for game when on it. Check the hunting seasons to make sure your story is good. More then likely you will run into people from this point with the hunting season. Your plants should not need a ton of care now so let em grow and chop.

yep, some people just don't think it thru. They are the ones busted a lot for stupidity or anger. Against the law and causing trouble will get you some attention for sure. If you steal you most likely are on someones camera you didn't steal and they will be looking for you.
 
i was thinking more like decapitating someones grandson, i know some of those bear traps are quite large. anyways its a bad idea fucking with hunters on their own turf which ever way you look at it.

i would hate to blow what little anonymity i have on here, but i have always said, There are only 2 places in this world for people that can not control their anger #1 Dead, #2 Jail, if anyone would like to add or disagree with that, please feel free to chime in.
