Some folks i've heard have quite a hydro bill. If you had a small business at home the hst would be an input tax and you'd be able to claim it. Just sayin is all.
Can one sell to another mmar patient ?

Every state has different regulations.

An MMAR can sell to another MMAR. if he has grown more than he is allowed to store with the number of plants he is able to grow

No you can not sell period, that's called traficing. It's a personal production permit, not a permit to sell.

The LP's have less to stand on then the MMAR injunction patients.
MMAR patients are allowed to make hash and oil...
and they surely are allowed to sell anything more than they can store....

and I bet that really burns your ass...sadly....that the sick are better off than you are by your thinking.:roll:
 
How does that burn my ass? I've got nothing to do with the Mmar or MMPR at the moment. I simply have an application for the MMPR. Either way no skin off my nose. My life will go on regardless of either system. I will continue to grow no matter what, legally or illegally.

You couldn't be farther from the truth, you cannot sell your meds. Period. That is terrible advise to be given, you have nothing to support your claim. If you knew anything about the Mmar or the law you wouldn't be spewing nonsense and misinformation. It's one thing to be a med patient growing for personal and another selling cannabis regardless of your med status. It's against the law. Sadly even passing a joint can be considered traficing under the current laws, regardless if your a med patient or not.

You can write off certain amount when a home business just be careful to not get greedy with it. I think I was allowed to write off certain % of my rent/office space but it was really fuck all.

not to mention.... an MMAR selling off excess, to cover growing cost..minimal as it is.

They have it far above what any Dispensary does..unless the D has an MMAR license.. It wuold put more in their court as these times ARE changing...(:

There was a point in time when all tilray had in stock were great gardener strains. Even all his CBD crosses...

I think it was a little obvious that he was handing them cuts.
 
If CC's are selling to mmar patients and buying from mmar patients, one patient selling to another seems reasonable to me. I doubt a judge would care if all were licensed and sold to supply a patient. Just my take on it.
 
Look at it this way are you allowed to sell, trade, share, or give your prescription methadone or oxy? No, it's considered traficking. Period. Weather you agree with it or not, It's the law. Those are the facts.

I'm working with a farmer in Oregon who was approached by Tilray to sell them some of his strains. He told them to F off and never come back. They are not a company to be trusted.

Mat and Phillipe have done business in the past before the MMPR, not a stretch to think it's still going on.
