I'm all about vert growing these days... so I was asking Apache guys about making vert led. They said in other words pretty much it wasn't feasible. I found that interesting that there are 360 degree led panels using cree diodes.

You're really missing out on CMH...and you're hot

CMH goes without saying...lol,I like to mix as muck spectrum as possible, with the emphasis on veg or flower

lol my avatar is Lana tailor a Canadian......actress

Apache used to make street lights before they started with grow lights. It was one of his early venture...but they just couldn't get get a strong hold of any market share. Next time I go down to the shop I will try to pull one out of the archives.

i have some in other people threads in the vert section. I just started vert last july. My everything got taken when they had 3 weeks left. So i never got to complete a vert grow. I saw the difference from my horizontal grow. I only added one pic to this thread before at 30 days before I lostI lost everything and had to start over.... I planned on adding more pics. 5 days later all that happened.

My current grow I am using an 8 bulb hot5, supplementing down low with a ufo 90 ww. The plants that are closest have much fuller undergrowth. I plan to post pics in my thread tomorrow

I'll look around the vert section for your couple pics hyroot,I don't see me doing vert growing anytime soon.
but it's always fun to read about different methods

Where did you get the 90w warm white UFO?
did I read that right?

He got it from Area 51. They had 2 left over from testing and sold them cheap. I would of jumped on it. I thought they were gone already at the price they were going for. Petflora lucked out and got them.

Veg Update.

Already have some clones rooted. 4 days. That's a new record

The rest of the veg is starting to get big

Pet flora is a lucky guy.did Area 51 decide to continue making them after they tested a couple fixtures?

hyroot finding your vert pictures is like playing where's Waldo ,but I have learned some new stuff skimming the forums.

Im on chop break. Im going to let the cheese berry go a few days longer. when I pulled it out of the room.. It looked not quite ready..

Since I added 2 coral waves in the beginning of flower. Pistils are there by day 6-7. Buds start developing by days 8-9. They seem to be finishing a few days to a week earlier. It must be all that 730-760 and 630 combo..

I never ran 2 of those because of all the blue. And has some 420nm. Y'all know how I feel about 420nm...

Edit:

Done choppin first rols round. I got so much scissors hash and hand hash. I didn't even let them sit in the dark. Im def convinced
