I pollinated this plant 30 days ago, I wonder where are the seeds?

Thanks, your buds looks awesome!

10 years pollen still viable? Wow!
Thanks bro this is the kind of confirmation I was looking for! (:
You're welcome. Once in the freezer it has to stay frozen. Thawing a refreezing will more than likely kill it. Im actually starting to save pollen like I save seeds. Have a pollen bank of my own.

Ive sprouted seeds that were tiger striped right out of the buds but normally after the initial 12 day or so dry of the buds, I harvest the seeds and let them sit on a paper plate for another 3 weeks then put them in sealed vials and vacume sealed then in the fridge. After about a week you could germinate some but rates may be low, try after about 3 weeks of trying and you'll have better results.

If you can after you hit the flowers with the pollen soak the plant with water. Take it outside and spray with the garden hose. This will greatly increase the effectiveness of the pollination

Nope. I used to think that until I read a step by step on how to pollinate on the ethos website.
So basically in this journal said "A pollen viability test showed that pollen longevity in all studied species was greatly reduced by wetting"
CMIIW but I still can't find the correlation on how wetting the pollinated pistils can increase the effectiveness of pollination.

I use water to both denature and mechanically remove pollen. Does it completely kill cannabis pollen? I don't know for sure. But I know I don't get seeds unless I want them and I'm running full open pollination tables with 3-5 males at a time frequently. I can only speak anecdotally of my own experience and reading research.

I do know that your plants need humidity to pollinate effectively. At the driest times of the year I experience less pollen strike but I'm in the Mojave and it can get very dry here. NB, I grow indoors.
Hope that helps

So basically if you do full open polination and say you don't want seeds in any of the plants surrounding you could just spray them with water?

If you're doing an open pollination everything on your table will be pollinated. I'm saying it doesn't get out of that room after hitting them with a hose and since I run my rooms with negative pressure and a fan aimed toward the walls it's held to the tiled walls and plants on the table in that room.

Pollen from reversals is far more limited than full males. So you have even more control there.

Update, I ran out of buds and need to take some of the buds from this plant.
Tried to grind and seems like there are no seeds inside.

Not sure if I failed to cross this all through, will update in 8 days or so.

Ok I've waited for it to dry and seems like I only got small seeds and it breaks down if I pinched it so I don't think it was viable.
Seems like I failed this. Will try open pollination later.

if there was small seeds then you might not have failed at the cross. But you did harvest the plant waaaaaaay too early, over a month too early. So it’s possible those small seeds might have finished growing if they had the chance.

I might not harvest way too early since I harvest this in 11 weeks way above the suggested harvest time which is 10 weeks.
Is there any chance I pollinated rather too late since I pollinated this almost 3 weeks after flip?

looking at the pictures of the plant it’s very clear it wasn’t finished.

The time frame the breeder gives for the seeds is just a guideline. Plants don’t grow based on calanders. If the grow conditions aren’t just right plants can take many weeks longer than the times listed.
