I`m not. Just showing it is played both ways, R and D`s the same. I seen the city water in a clear bottle, it`s dark as coffee, why that got even turned on is where you start the blame. You`re either drawing from clean water or dirty water, the open end upstream on the pipe system tells the story. Without going in there, it wont go here.

Yes in my city the Mayor picks the building Inspector and if Pipes carrying water come in,. they don`t get turned on till they know what`s coming out, and he determines that so if the water is tainted, I go to him too.

Do you really think the Governor saw the job, checked for leaks, went to the source, saw the final product, tested it and all involved ? Tainted water going through those pipes is many people`s fault and the Mayor/Governor`s responsibility.

a building inspector isn't qualified to judge or manage water quality. they have engineers to do that, not building inspectors who graduated from acme building inspection 6 week course.

your mayor appoints building inspectors in your town?? which town?

I'll point out the obvious. Both occurrences arise from government. If a free market were allowed to exist, neither of these situations would matter or most likely would not have happened or be a concern to anybody.

Root causes are there, if you look closely.
