I have the same arrangement with my gardener and I don't even need to threaten him with immigration! He comes in the basement door and does the gardening chores and harvest, gets half. He's a friend, student and sharecropper, I built the lights, set up the system and maintain the technical part. Since covid some of the medical people I used to provide to for free are not using it any more and some are at a long term residence and no access for months.

Just go visit, then stay and live there.

Awe man I know you're a good shot if you're shooting a piston, even better if that fuckers a springer.
I was forced to hunt rabbits and pheasants with a 25# recurve bow from 8 to 13. Then I got a .22 for both. Shotguns were for the house or non proficient shooters. I dropped a deer with it. And take out ground hogs at 110yrds with 7.4 grain competition pellets. Rats at 100 yrds all day with daisy ammo. But it is a skill.

Mounted a camera, TX, and GPS Pix hawk micro to a Hobbyzone delta flyer park foamy. Brush-less upgrade and parallel high Mah batteries. It has noob auto pilot if my pix hawk fails. Or I throw a toggle. Auto take off and land at home. Panic button recovery. But the pix hawk has yet to fail. 45 -60 minutes just lookig at the world at 30 MPH from my height of choice. And no numbers or registration. That's how us old folks are doing it. LOL. I love my mechanichals.
Here is a thread of mine on FPV, in the gamers section. I've got a nano talon and a racing wing, I'm getting into long range and learning about way point missions Arduino pilot and rover for a RC rescue boat project underway. Gonna build some dollar store foam board planes this winter and got a bunch of parts, everything is stupid cheap these days.

No license required for under 250 grams these days and you'd be shocked at what is out there, I cover some on the thread.

I should probably acknowledge the bore and polish on the barrel after thread truing. Lapping and micro polish on all moving and mating surfaces. Then the upgraded high strength forever seals , packings and lube. I also use a controlled amount of Carmex to gain hgher velocity be means of "dieseling". It is a skill and passion. Listen and practice. Best you can do.

So is this the next step? Buy space then get someone else to do the work? I'm here doing the growing myself.

ACP. I have a gypsum outcropping 20 minutes away on bicycle. 30? Not big enough for vehicles and just a PO for people if .380 like my Tokkarov.

See now that's passion. 17 or 22? I gave up my old springer when I realized my first rimfire projectile left the barrel before the rifle recoiled. You're making me want another break barrel though over the pcps I've been eyeballing. Pumping those up does not look fun.

.177 just for the sheer availability of ammo. Over 60% of homes here have pellet rifles. Most people would trade for nothing. Break barrels are awesome. Some really bad pretty ones out there. And they all need modification after purchase to maintain durability and reliability. Most mods will be non existent for good affordables. But a gunsmith or some carefull educated labor will do it. This has close to 5000 Rnds through it. Needs a good cleaning is all. Thanks for the interest.

A pmr-30 is a semi auto pistol chambered in 22wmr with a double stacked, 30 round flush fit magazine. Weight is 19oz loaded.

For what? Don't get the logic. I use a single shot 410 at home. The wife has semi 12 if I fall. One shot is all you need. Need more than a gun if not. Think about that. Every round is destruction waiting to happen. Do you want or need that or the conscience?
