WOW. These children just need to be adopted.. if no family will take the responsibility, im sure Angelina Jolie will take a couple. Not meaning to be callous, but good god....
Get these children into GOOD fostercare, to be adopted. put that piece of shit on the streets... Sterilization while most likely applicable in this situation, is unconstitutional... to allow it would be fully against what it means to be an American.
