get comfortable, take your shoes off. lean back in the chair and scratch yourself. mention how the people from the first interview acted liked they had a stick up their butts.

Good luck, I hope all goes well!

  • Why are there dots?
  • Last time it was numbers..sorry
  • What are your insights into the biggest mistakes and lessons learned in this area/field/career

  • How well did your performance compare to the previous year?
How do you keep up with current industry practices?

Yes dots are gone!

What are ways you or your position could help the company be more profitable.

Or
Name a challenge this field might face in the future and how would you react/resolve, or just discuss
I work currently creating/improving/engineering whatever you wanna call it..drugs and drug delivery systems. Mainly worked as a compound pharmacist/nuclear pharmacist making drugs for specific patients and to their requests..in hospitals and similar settings..so most of the questions and answers probly wouldnt help..but those are some great questions ive heard. The questions that really make you think about the relation between you the company and other employees
Most emoyers look at personality and body language along with general intelligence. Using fancy words may make you seem smart but that doesnt correlate to "in practice" intelligence ..also a pain in the butt if used for no reason. But do try and use words or phrases that are common in the industry. You are that role..
A good tip is to always dress like your supervisor. Be likeable. Seem trust worthy and motivated.without being too weird.

Thats also basically how i roll the few times ive hired..

Anyway i just felt like sharing

Many years ago I went to an interview at a lab . I was familiar with the staff who were all woman. I arrived at the interview at the appointed time and was taken to the lab supervisor's office. After 20 or 30 minuets of being asked questions the supervisor came from behind her desk to my side and sat in another chair beside me. I had to turn my chair to face her. From that point on I got the distinct impression that all she was looking at was my crotch...now being 6' 5" and weighing 245lbs I knew I was put together pretty well and had my share of second looks from women but I had never seen anyone so blatent before she never really looked directly at my face when she came to my side of the desk it was quite uncomfortable and powerful at the same time. She took me around the different labs and introduced me to some of the staff several of them I already knew but she always seemd to end up walking behind me as we entered the labs . I was told by several of the ladies in the lab that after I left the interview they knew that I had the job and for me to be careful if I decided to take the job because she had a reputation for banging the help and then getting them fired long story short I got the job and no I didn't persue her It was all I could do to get my work done from all her interruptions. She ended up getting fired several months after I was hired which led to a promotion for me. No matter how professional you try to be there's always a possibility that your qualifications have no Bearing on you getting the job.....it could be as simple as how good you look in jeans!

Fuck - sorry that happened to you. Sexual harassment in the work place must be hard on dudes. The whole male-macho thing, you're supposed to welcome all sexual attention because of natural selection and all that jazz.

Glad she got fired. Sexual predators are the FUCKING WORST.

That reminds me a lot of that demi moore movie. With Micheal Douglas. Fuck - what's it called?

Ahhhh - Disclosure...

hahaha, well I'm glad you found a woman that doesn't work - seems to fit your lifestyle.

I gotta work - just me. I go NUTS when I'm off work.

I haven't spawned any offspring yet - so without work my days would be boring as hell. I need to have a purpose.

I also don't like the north in the winter. I'm Thunder Bay. Are you this far north? Also - Canada.

Sales and marketing..two of the most despicable jobs out there...:finger:. Sorry Yess, but i feel the whole point of those positions is to fool people into buying crap they don't really need..I have a couple friends in sales and they admit half the job is lying to people..I don't understand how anyone can do it..
