Heat is a little better. After being on all day it was 91, but when I opened the box they were all droopy from dehydration. When I picked them up though they were still heavy from water on the bottom of their pots. So I went ahead and watered them and they bounced back within 30 minutes. I had forgotten to reposition the fan pointed at the exterior of the box this morning so I put it back in place afterwards and the temp held steady at 85.9-86.4 for the remaining 3 hours of light. I didn't notice any new bananas on Tia but I didn't look too hard. Marsha bounced back a little quicker that Tia did after watering. I am noticing more pistils on them too, especially Marsha. It's a slow start for them though. Almost three weeks of flowering now.
I put the giant CFL in the other box with a 42w cool light and 3 26w daylights. The temp was 85, 86, and 88 depending on which thermometer you were reading. The new growth on Ashley looks very healthy but some of the older growth was yellowing so I sprinkled some of the high nitrogen bat guano on the soil and watered. I first sprinkled some of the guano dust and then did a scoop of the granules (all out of the same bag) for a time release effect. Hopefully I'll notice an improvement tomorrow, or are the leaves done for once they turn yellow?
