This is what you gotta do. Buy an elephant, and I think you know what to do after that, but you'll want to get a few friends, saddle him up, and ride him to this guys house. Don't forget your bow + about 70-80 arrows. After you get him good once get him about 5 more times just to make sure. Then climb down, look in his wallet, take an extra $50 for your trouble, and ride off into the night, shooting the windows of police cars in an elephant ride-by!

Thought i'd give a lil update on my purchase since my scales finally arrived:
Measured out 3mg into the lil metal container that comes with the scales, then transferred into my lightbulb vap (a load stayed stuck to the container though so I probably only had 2-2.5mg), waited for about 3mins after inhaling and thought "this hasn't done anything" so got another 3mg lined up in the vap, ready to go...just as I got up to get my lighter I got a massive headrush and suddenly it all hit me. Was pretty baked for about an hour, still had a bit of a buzz when I went to sleep about 3hrs after liftoff and slept like a baby!
All in all it was exactly as I expected, although I was not expecting to be as high as I was after such a small amount!
