Have you got a spare inline fan to pull colder air into the tent? I know I needed one with 600w.

Easy to do when they get thirsty, I got paranoid as it was right next to a wall.
I just grabbed it by the tip then I bent it down enough to put a rock over the tip.
Was hilarious when the branches shot up and started flowering in next to no time.

I just said, fuck it, and grew them out.
If I put a rock or weight over the tip of a branch won't that possibly crush a leaf or two? Now that she's in flower I try to leave her alone. I tend to smother my plants. I mist her a few times a day due to heat,I gently train her a bit each day to keep her away from the light and I check soil every 3 days or so. She takes a gallon every 3-4 days I blame the heat for that too. Using AN Micro,Grow and Bloom but am about to introduce Rhino skin, bud igniter, bud candy,overdrive,b52, bud factor x and big bud. Any feedback on those nutes in flower? If there's something better that's cheaper I'll grab that and will avoid that $200 hit.

I have an 8" in the top of the tent blowing down, into the tent but it's not enough. Next grow I will invest in a cool tube. Hopefully that will help.

Just hook a 4 inch inline fan with ducting in the bottom on your tent it will bring the temps down, if you are going to put a cool tube in your going to have to pull cold air from somewhere to cool the tube. So save your money on the cool tube and just get an inline fan and a little ducting a bang job done no more problems I have one in my tent on standby just in case.

Will this work? I don't have circular holes for the fan in the bottom of my particular tent. My fan/duct holes are located on the sides of the tent and in the top of the tent.

the tip shot up behind the rock, whatever the rock covered was more than made up for by new growth.

That would most likely work, I didn't realise you didn't have ducting holes on the bottom of your tent, in your case you don't really have the option to run bare bulb so the cool tube and that fan you showed me would be great then you'd just need a fan inside the tent to blow her about and keep the air fresh,

I suggested you spike it down, not put a rock on it like I did at the time.
You are barking up the wrong tree if you are looking for real dumb people.
English isn't even my home language, but I can tell the difference

ok, first, take the fan you have in the top of the tent blowing down, and put it in the bottom of the tent blowing up. if you aren't using a filter and venting the exhaust outside, do so. you don't have to buy a filter, but its kind of pointless venting the heat from your light right outside your grow room so it can get sucked back in immediately.
and the dr. is right, you can super crop plants all the way through flower (although once they set bud good, you shouldn't have to.) if you accidentally split the bark, throw a little painters tape on it, it comes off easy later.
it very much depends on genetics, what size plant you're in when you start flower, what kind of light you had them under for veg and flower, a lot of factors go into how much they'll stretch, they could gains 6 inches or 6 feet, gotta hope for the best, and prepare for the worst

SUPER CROP!

Damn, it's so easy and answer and nobody gets that?

If the plant stretch's to be closer then it needs to be to the light. Simply pinch the the stem, slowly and carefully till it begins to collapse between your fingers and bend it over till it sag's a bit. It will not hurt or make the plant go longer.
It will recover and the best part is the plant will now give a bit of priority to those branch's that you "crop over". The buds will turn up to the light and you will increase your yield.

No fuss, no muss, no moving.....Boom DONE!
My thoughts exaclty.

I would look to tie the three major branches outwards towards the sides of the tent and you should get great growth from all the sites along the branches which should really help out your yield and will help extend the canopy into all that empty space you have horizontally.

they make 8 inch to 4 inch ducting adapters, my local big box doesn't carry them, but they can be ordered online easily enough. i wouldn't recommend choking an 8 inch fan down that far, but if you're just using it for an intake, i guess it would be ok.
or you could just spend 15 bucks on a 4 inch booster fan on amazon or ebay
